Great roof top pool area. Good location

“Superb!!! Location and apartment both!”

Location was ultimate, apartment was big and spacious with all amenities such as kitchen and washer-dryer for clothes with a big balcony to dry swim clothes , great pool on the roof with a bar, supermarket just 2 min away. Avenue 5 was also 2 min away. No noise at night for peaceful sleep and very effective air conditioners. The parking and the man with long hair at the reception was also very courteous and helpful.

The appartment was spotless and had earthing you need. We came from a 5* Resort and our 2 children both thought there stay at the apartment was better.

The location was excellent. We loved the location! There is a 711 just downstairs along with local eateries. The food truck across the road is fantastic! Reception was super helpful, banks and shops all within an easy walking distance. The apartment has an amazing outlook, the beds are comfortable. We loved it.

“Fabulous apartment in a great location”

The fabulous apartment is huge and very well equipped with everything you could need during your stay, and the location is perfect, close to the everything in Playa del Carmen. It was great to have two sitting rooms and two balconies and the hot tub is a bonus. The facilities are also great, the rooftop pool is gorgeous, bigger than I expected and heated, and there are plenty of sun loungers and other seating options. The gym was small but with good quality equipment, and was usually quiet. The concierge and parking staff were helpful and friendly. The pre arrival information was excellent and really comprehensive and all of my messages were replied to really quickly. This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Playa del Carmen.

“Amazing 2-layered appartment with the best location”

Stayed with my husband and 2 small kids. This appartment is simply amazing, amazing staff, great facilities: we used the beautiful pool, the kids playroom, the underneath private garage and also the gym. If you are looking for a bigger gym there is one right below the appartment for a good price. Amazing location next to the beach and next to great restaurants, also in walking distance. Really Big supermarket Cherdraui just around the corner were we would get fresh croissants in the morning and also nice coffee from Vika around the corner. We stayed over an week and simply felt at home. Even the other residents in the building are super nice. Would def come back. We fell in love with Playa del Carmen because of this appartment.
