The apartment and staff are really recommendable. You have everything that you need and the apartment is very well equipped. I was impressed how warm and welcoming the apartment felt. The kitchen has everything you need, including oil, spices, kitchenware and coffee. Even some small welcome gifts were made available. Both bedrooms are super comfy and perfect. The terrace is ideal for beautiful evenings and mornings, with an option for BBQ. The pool is close but calm and not crowded. I took a swim every morning and evening :-) The apartment is also very clean and calm overall, even though the location is super central with cars and restaurants just around the corner. We had a perfect stay and I'd come again!

“Litteraly a home away from home”

This condominium in Playa del Carmen is the most beautiful place we’ve been to in Mexico. It’s a smart home, and I cannot exaggerate enough how excellently chosen the furniture in this apartment is. The duplex apartment features fully equipped bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and spacious closet room, in addition to drawers. There are three TVs, all with access to Netflix and Disney+. The master bedroom had a massage chair, the bathroom had the largest bathtub, and everything in the house was carefully selected. The kitchen was fully equipped, catering to every taste. Whether you drink filtered coffee, pressed coffee, or espresso, there’s a machine for it. There’s also a juicer, blender, and beautiful plates. Family board games and direct access to the pool, which felt private as it wasn’t heavily used, added to the experience. My mind was blown away when I found a hair iron and a hair curler in the master bedroom’s bathroom. We stayed in this beautiful place for 14 days and had the best experience with the owner, Mr. Gilles, and the concierge, Isaac. The robot vacuum was a nice touch, helping us keep the house clean every day. During our stay, a huge hurricane was supposed to pass, and the owner took extra precautions despite the condominium being safe. None of the other apartments did this, but he covered all windows with wooden doors, showing how much he cares about our safety and cares for this unit. He provided us with information about the hurricane and what we should have inside Incase it will be bad. We didn’t have any experience as we’re coming from Norway and there is no hurricane in here. Waking up in this beautiful home away from home, we felt that nothing was lacking; we had everything we needed. The owner can provide assistance in French, Spanish, and English, which is a bonus. The location of this condominium is excellent: a 5-minute walk to a nice Chedraui, 5 minutes to 5th Avenue, and 1 minute to 10th Avenue.
