“The best in Playa del Carmen”

What a wonderful place this is! 4 studios with communal space and a small pool. I had a studio downstairs with its own little patio, perfect for me. Standouts are the well equipped kitchen, drinkable tapwater, big comfy bed, rainshower, all done up in a trendy style. Walking distance to Avenida 5 and the beach, quiet neighborhood. I loved everything about it.

I loved the pool and surrounding area, with the chance to meet fellow guests, who are mostly LGBTQ, as expected. It was quiet, with just the sound of birdsong. The coffee making facilities were excellent. Large room to stay with comfortable bed. Very near town, with decent restaurants. Easy parking.

Little Oasis in Playa! Amazing house

Great location. Very spacious apartment with lots of amenities such as beach towels and beach umbrella. Close to some lovely cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the main town. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful and thoughtfully designed property that had everything we needed. The location was great—walkable to all the sights, but tucked away on a tranquil street away from the noise. We loved spending time by the pool, and I was able to cook breakfast every morning in the well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were lovely and very responsive to our questions. We were very happy during our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Very clean and everything is within walking distance, Would highly recommend. Can park at the front, also paid parking down the street which is cheap. Free after 10pm until 10am Nice pool and friendly staff 😁

My wife & I really enjoyed our stay at LOTE4- every little detail was thought of by the owners in the room, our bed was super comfortable, amazing shower, we particularly appreciated details such as coffee in stock, beach bag & blanket, mosquito light in the room etc. The place felt very safe and private, we loved nighttime dips in the pool and whenever there was any issue or we wanted a recommendation the owners were quick to respond.

The best decision ever to stay in this hotel—thanks to our amazing host, Jeroen! We stayed in a ground-floor room, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It had a private patio, and the design was warm and clean. The room was equipped with everything we needed: a small kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, a safe, a hairdryer, a small closet, and air conditioning. The whole hotel feels quite private, and the rooftop pool is a refreshing little oasis. The cherry on top was our host, Jeroen, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with every question and recommendation—whether it was about where to eat, gay life, or anything else. Thank you so much, Jeroen! You truly made our time in Playa del Carmen the best we could have wished for.

The overall experience from the time of our confirmation, helping us with information before we came to the city, the smooth check-in process, all the amenities in the room (so thoughtful!-- keeping all the things you might need from a beach bag and towels to all kitchen and bathroom amenities), the bed, interiors and also common area was so nicely done and thought of. Jeroen was an amazing host and always there to help and give us recommendations and suggestions to make our stay so seamless and comfortable. There is a cafe right across the studio and the food there was amazing! We had breakfast there every morning and were so happy with the service. The main street (5th Ave) was just a 10 mins walk and so convenient from the studio. We will definitely be coming back to PDC and staying at LOTE4 studios (for a longer time next time!)

This place is absolutely amazing!! I didn’t want to leave, all the small touches such as the beach bag and gorgeous beach towel made it very special, the hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, don’t hesitate to book this place you won’t regret it!
