“Location good. Cleanliness needs to be better.”
Location great but it did not feel clean. We left the bags in the lobby with no one overseeing them or ticket to acknowledge they were there.

Overall good! Just the hotel was a bit too rusty. A big leak on our room because of the A/C Things were old but well just came here to sleep and that was good. Really noisy on the nights because of the party but luckily enough our room wasn’t close to the street. Breakfast was good.

Location is superb. Walking distance to everything. Steps away from the beach/Caribbean and Quinta Avenida, where it all happens. Our family suite was very spacious

It is a nice hotel in the heart on Playa de Carmen. Close proximity to all the shops pubs and travel agents. More than few cash point close by. 7/11 and Walmart close also for some sensible shopping. Room was missive with nice bed size and amenities.
