“Perfect stay in Playa del Carmen”
This is a city hotel in Playa del Carmen, the location is perfect to walk around and find restaurants and do some shopping. The parking is very convenient. From this hotel we visited Chichén Itzá, beautiful Valladolid, Tulum and the whole area including cenotes. Strongly recommend this hotel for its central location, clean and comfortable rooms. As I am coeliac they separately made some eggs in the kitchen during breakfast to avoid cross contamination, that’s very helpful for coeliac or gluten free people.

“great stay for our last night in Mexico”
the receptionists, Isac and Sofia were really nice and helpful. We arrived earlier than the check-in and we could use the rooftop pool and got towels for the beach :) We also could stay one hour longer on the check-out day because of our late flight. it was very helpful. The room was on the base, no view.. but it was not so disturbing because we didnt spend much time in the room.

“Perfect location to everything you need”
Already stayed here before, great location, close by to everything in walking distance. Breakfast was great, continental, tea/coffee etc. staff welcoming. comfortable large rooms. Perfect for what you pay for. The second time I booked I got loved into the sister hotel Indigo. It was a stunning hotel, facilities were even nicer. However, breakfast was sloooow & you had to choose from a menu.I much preferred the holiday inn breakfast.
