“Comfortable, air conditioned, large and hospitable stay in playa del Carmen”

Amazing large room with comfortable bed, great air conditioning and bathroom. Also with coffee to enjoy in the morning on the lovely colourful patio. Rafael the owner was excellent to communicate with, let me check in early, stay late and also store my bag for a while on my final day. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re a solo (equally great as a couple as bed is huge) for exploring playa del Carmen. Added bonus is large supermarket/general store close by to stock up on anything you need.

Rafael and his wife were super friendly. The location is absolutely great! 5min walk from the bus station, 2 min walk to the supermarket and 15 min from the beach. The room is huge and clean. The rooster gave the place personality

Pretty terrace filled with flowers. Coffee and filtered water available in the communal area. Comfortable bed. Great vegan restaurant in the next street and close to supermarkets if you want to self cater.

Beautiful space, furniture. Everything I need for cooking. Comfortable bed. Potable water. All the small appliances. Clean, no smells. Close to Mega, Aki, Ado. Host is very helpful, polite and nice.

If you are here looking for comments and ask yourself do you need to stay in this place? The answer is absolutely YES! The room was super clean, its near the center and beach, you have huge supermarket a cross a street and lot of restaurants and street food, also very close to ADO Alterna bus station. And HUGE respect for Rafaelo - owner of the apartments, he is so polite and he is available 24/7 for you if you need anything. Definitely come back here again!

Location is great, short walk to center and quinta avenida. Room is comfy and quiet. Our host was the best, we felt like at home, and he even helped us with translation with rent a car and made sure we're good to go. Thank you so much, we were so happy to stay here and to meet you!

The apartment was very well situated. Close to so many amenities, restaurants, grocery shopping, free parking, and an ADO Bus terminal if you needed it. Rafael and Maria were such gracious hosts and responded very quickly to any of our questions. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, cool, very clean, and spacious. We liked it so much we booked another night on our return to CUN. Gracias por todo!

The owner is amazing always ensuring that we had everything we needed. It is a short walk from centre and away from all the hustle and bustle. All amenities are within walking distance and there are a lot of taquerias close by

Nice and quiet! So many of the other places in the Centro area are very noisy. This place is more of a walk, but it is so nice to sleep in silence!

Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, big shower, sweet host. Everything is taken care of. Loved it and needed it. Best location since it is outside the party area so no big loud noises which may disturb your sleep!
