Overview
Hostel Che is located 200 metres from Playa del Carmen main square and 600 metres from the beach. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Located in the city center, it features a large 24-hour reception ready for your arrival. Hostel Che Playa Hostel & Bar Adults Onlyhas 10 bedrooms with A/C, Wi-Fi and lockers as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen and all the facilities that make a difference.The dormitory rooms offer air conditioning, linen and fan. “Nice, clean and centrally located”
The reception guys, big thanks for listening to wishes and problems and solving them, especially Matteo:); clean bathrooms in the dorms; good wifi; perfect location close to the ferry, bus stations and main shopping street; curtains for every bed in the dorms so it feels a bit like you're in a capsule hotel. It is a very good home base to travel.around. I will return!

I understand it’s a party hostel but the music was booming until almost 2am some nights. It was Impossible to sleep. Of course it depends which room you are assigned

“Good for a short stay but avoid Playa Del Carmen if possible. Very touristy”
Stayed here only for one night to be close to Cancun Airport. Nothing too special about this hostel. Have stayed in much better Che hostels. Staff is very helpful and polite. Location is close to the beach which a plus.

I was happy they had free coffee and the kitchen was super well kept. Staff was amazing particularly Charly who was working on nights and always greeted us with a smile, and even helped me with some Spanish lessons!

“Easy-going, safe and helpful hostel.”
A nice hostel, I stayed in a private room which was in a cute garden-like aesthetic. Clean and tidy, very comfy bed. The staff try to put activities and tours on daily but if not enough people sign up then they are cancelled. Very small kitchen for cooking, but so many good restaurants in Playa you wouldn't want to eat at home! Safe space and feels community vibes. Helpful staff.
