The hotel’s beach is exceptional, the setting surrounded by nature and the animals present is very beautiful, and the corridor from the lobby to the pool/beach area is excellent.

Room was good. Clean, modern. Bathroom good - no lotion, no deep conditioner, no tissue. Pool ok - beach ok - restaurant by cart ok.

“Family holiday at Catalonia Maroma”

We really like this resort for lots of greenery, animals:coati, spider monkey, racoon, birds, agouti, etc. We loved aqua gym, games by the pool. Our daughter loved doing crafts and games at mini club. Food: a lot of healthy options: fish, meat, chicken, fruit and veg. Beach is lovely, but depends on weather conditions. People are very friendly and hardworking.

great infrastructure, amazing employees, everyone seems keen to help or make your stay even more confortable. The restaurants are quite good, we tested bloved and the steak one, we couldn't test the others for lack of available time.

The staff was always friendly and tried to help whenever they could. Mexican show in the theater was very good. The best of the hotel are the employees who could be even better under another circumstances. Hotel room was nice.

Hard not to enjoy an all-included resort. Food is good, drinks a bit too sweet but staff is overall great. However, not the best.

Everything was perfection to the customer

Great location. Staff in bloved were amazing, particularly the breakfast and lunch staff. Buffet was very disappointing and I would not have been happy had we had to eat meals in there. Great beach

“Absolute luxury and beautiful food and drinks”

All the staff were brilliant. The main restaurant was brilliant. All the ala Carte restaurants were amazing. All the food generally was exceptional. Service was excellent. Nothing was a problem.

The walkway from lobby to the rooms was beautiful. The way the hotel tries to be sustainable is good and its intergration with nature. We saw lots of local wildlife. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (except reception as stated below). Food and service at the a la carte restaurants was good. We had no issues with booking these or making reservations. The entertainment was good.

“A Natural Paradise with Some Organizational Flaws”

The resort's location is fantastic, away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by nature. The entertainment team is outstanding—they keep guests engaged with activities throughout the day without ever being overwhelming or stressful. The Privileged Romance room was beautiful, though some maintenance details could be improved. The food is good and offers a nice variety for an all-inclusive resort.

The beach and the hotel’s kitchen are wonderful. The rooms are good.
