Big, cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, well-equipped, and very welcoming—felt like home right away. Great choice!

Very impressed with this apartment. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location good and very close to bars and restaurants. Eleanora, the hostess, was very friendly and helpful.

“Stay in large and modern apartment in Playa San Juan”

The large apartment is situated on the 3rd floor at the corner of the building. Two balconies, the main one with a nice table and two chairs -- the other one, off the bedroom, is rather narrow, but you can put a chair out there and catch the afternoon sun. Both have a nice view along their respective streets. (I don't know about the sea view though, but you are able to catch a glimpse of the sea past the beginning of Calle Mar Rizada) The apartment is equipped in a modern way. And I especially liked the electrical layout, and the many hooks and pegs along the walls, for hanging your hats on, and that the tv was on a swivel mount, so that you could watch it with your feet up on the couch, or from the dining table.

“Quiet large place in San Juan”

The place is very quiet, luminous and very large for two people. It was easy to collect the keys and walk to the nearby down-town for a glass of wine and a good restaurant. San Juan in itself is close to very touristic zones, but not embedded in them.

Apartment is super cozy and tidy, I really loved the view from the balcony- there were so peaceful and calm, the landlady- Eleonora is super warming and lovely lady, in general my stay was amazing
