Very friendly and helpful staff, especially on reception. Walking distance to a lovely beach, shops, restaurants and bars etc. About a 10min drive to the airport and also 20ish mins to Palma city/cathedral area. Great food at the all inclusive restaurant - breakfast lunch and dinner all very good with enough variety/changes for the week we did not get bored of it. All food cooked fresh and was hot, presented well, lots of healthy options and also options for vegetarians. Most of the entertainment in the hotel in the evening was good, one was particularly amazing (Maritza) and some singers unfortunately not so good. Hotel decor nice, all clean and tidy around the hotel. Not so big you get lost or too much walking to the rooms etc. Good value for money. There are spa treatments available although didn't have any. Indoor whirlpools - one was very cold but one was heated which was nice. Enough loungers by the pool. Beds were comfortable (we had a twin room). All bedrooms have a balcony although ours didn't have a great view of anything. Really enjoyed our stay. Would go again.

“Good”

All staff, from receptionists to cleaning ladies was very friendly and approachable. The hotel is within walking distance from the beach - you could trim the plants which are overgrowing over the sidewalk, to avoid people walking on the road.

However, we were disappointed by one incident. We had brought a gift bottle of champagne from a previous hotel and left it on the balcony since it didn’t fit in the fridge. After the room was cleaned, the bottle was missing. We reported this to the front desk, but unfortunately received no response before our departure. This was the first such experience for us in this hotel chain, even though we have stayed here before, and it left us feeling let down.

Fantastic food and drink, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely outdoor pools and good entertainment in the evenings. Also, very clean and kept tidy by staff, at all times.

“Not what i was expecting”

Disappointing stay – not a true all-inclusive. I’ve stayed at many RIU hotels before, but this one lacks the same quality and standards. We ended up spending little time at the hotel because of this. Not ideal for couples, as the place is full of kids, even in the adults-only pool. Wouldn’t recommend

“Awesome stay at a great hotel - I will definitely return again!”

Great welcome at the reception when we arrived. A welcome drink was served, and we got a free upgrade to a junior suite that was such an amazing surprise for us travelling with the teens! The food at this hotel was simply amazing, everything was very tasty and fresh. There was a great variety of food, fruits, and desserts at the buffet restaurant, incl ice cream bar and chocolate fountain. Alcohol was limited to lunch and dinner, where you could get a maximum of 3 units of red, white, or rose wine, or beer. More alcoholic beverages could be purchased at the bar. The beds in the room were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Even though there were lots of people, there were always available sunbeds by the pool area. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and with a great attitude. We loved everything! There is a bus station right outside, and the bus nr 25 will take you straight to Palma downtown for 2 EUR (cash only!). Would recommend taking your own beach towels since the hotel takes a deposit of 10 EUR pr towel if you need to borrow one. The taxi cost around 20 EUR from the airport to the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Riu Bravo Hotel and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which made the stay really relaxing. I also really enjoyed the food – there was a good variety and everything I tried was tasty. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a nice hotel with good food and comfortable rooms.

“Highly recommended!! Definitely book!!”

Such a lovely hotel and definitely worth every penny. Firstly, the staff were amazing! From the front of house to the cleaners, cooks, the bar staff, everyone went above and beyond and were so friendly! Always had a smile on their face. The food was out of this world! We were expecting (like many other all inclusives) to have the same food every night and to be eating chips and pasta for every meal. This was not the case at all. The food was so good we only went to a restaurant outside of the hotel once! They switch up the dishes and they are full of flavour. Pizza, meat, pasta, rice, mozzarella sticks, ribs, steak… the list goes on. Definitely something for everyone! Our bedroom, well we were blown away! It’s so much bigger in person than the pictures, free aircon and a fan on ceiling, clean tidy room, we had a sofa bed too which was nice, great sized balcony, everything was spotless. Sun loungers, there were so many to choose from. You can either sit by the pools, or they have a garden around the back which has so much space if you want to be in a more quiet setting. Overall we were amazed and will definitely be back! Thank you so much!! :)
