The only cool thing of this hotel is the swimming pool area, the rest it's not. Wifi did not work, reception offered to give me the corporate wifi, but this one only worked from the lobby / restaurant area, not in the bedrooms. It was an extremly cold day, and all windows in the common areas were open, so not really inviting to work from there, plus, no possibility to watch netflix from the bedroom either :( The insolation is terrible, you can hear EVERYTHING happening in the rooms next to you. there were a few things broken in the bedroom, like the sink, dripping water all over the floor and the toiletries bags every time you open the sink. floor was also broken in the toilet... barely any light, just bed lights and a table lamp. Breakfast is regular, coffee is american style from a termo, no machines to prepare your coffee, and no omeletes nor toaster. In the bedrooms you don't even get a kettle either. And the worst of it... While I was on a work phone call in the bedroom with the sign "do not disturb! on the door, someone opened and interrupted me... just a lot of little bad things that make your stay pretty shitty...

It was near one of the beaches of plama and was only a 20m bus to the old town. The staff are amazing and was so beautiful:)

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with a smile, which made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room and all common areas were very clean and well-maintained, showing great attention to detail. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Club Sandwich from my brother from another mother, the chef extraordinaire, was out of this world. I’d be back just for that.

Location was good, close to local amenities and bars/restaurants. Not too far from Palma. Hotel was clean and pool area satisfactory

Breakfast was very good. Buffet and great selection..all staff very helpful. Room was booked at last minute as in when our plane cancelled so can't complain but air con was a bit noisy and room smelt a little smoky.. Overall we were just so pleased to have a room for the night and staff efficient and friendly
