Clean , confortable room , hotel staff friendly

There’s a real sense of tranquility and care about the hotel. It’s on the main road but once you step into the hotel, it feels like you’ve entered a little world of its own. The pools are great - especially the 25m training pool - that is a luxury. The premium suite had everything that one needed and lots of space. And of course the staff from the moment we walked in were fantastic. I hope they continue to invest in the upkeep of the hotel as it has a really great vibe.

The hotel feels like a premium getaway, the premium suites were spacious, impeccably clean, loved the heated semi-Olympic pool in the centre of the property. Around the hotel is a bit ‘tourist tacky’ 😅 but walk 2 mins and the beach is lovely We stayed in 234, premium suite overlooking the Olympic pool. See photo to see our view. Big tip: request rooms on floor 2 or above, level 1 rooms front terrace had sun loungers and big shrubs right in front of them , basically in the shadows! Breakfast and dinner were delicious with a good mix of tasty, healthy food with some treats of course. Spa area was nice, small very warm pool inside and appreciated kids being allowed 1-3pm daily (the other outside pool was too cold for our toddler so this was perfect for him) The bus stop to the airport and Alcudia all stop right outside the hotel so it couldn’t be easier. Get the A32 bus from airport and get off At Gaviotas stop, it’s like £9 rather than a £100 private transfer

“Excellent accommodation for Mallorca 312, plus great food”

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while my husband and I did the Mallorca312. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and we could have our bikes in the rooms - nice balcony too. Food was amazing - so much variety and even the 4:30am breakfast on day of event. Pools were also very nice and food options at pool bar. We used the bus stop right outside hotel which was handy too. We highly recommend this place as an upmarket sports hotel.

Facilities, location and staff friendliness

We stayed here as a family with a young baby, and our experience had a rocky start but ultimately turned out well. Upon arrival, we were assigned a “Premium Suite” that felt quite dated and worn. To make matters worse, it was located on the ground floor, directly facing the pool sun loungers — making privacy practically nonexistent. The room also faced the sun, and with outdoor temperatures around 30°C, the interior was uncomfortably hot. What really concerned us was that the air conditioning was only functioning in heating mode — completely unacceptable when travelling with an infant. We requested a room change, and a huge thank you goes to the receptionist who handled our situation with care and efficiency. She moved us to another Premium Suite on the 3rd floor, which was noticeably larger, better equipped, and far more comfortable. It made a real difference to our stay. On the positive side, the breakfasts and dinners were consistently good, the spa was a pleasure, and the pools were well-maintained. Once we were in the right room, we were able to enjoy the property as intended. Overall, a mixed experience — the initial room assignment was a real issue, but the staff’s willingness to help turned things around.

Staff super nice and helpful. They even had us coffee at 3 AM for our early travel. The location was superb, very close to the beach, restaurants and to other places to visit. Beautiful room and hotel, we loved the decoration and aesthetics.

In general very nice hotel, with good facilities. Regarding location very easy to get there as the bus stop is exactly in front of it. We had breakfast included which was very good with a big selection (both sweet and savoury) and fresh fruit what we loved. We tried one of the days dinner buffet which was also very good with a great variety of different dishes.

The atmosphere, the 2 big outside pools and the breakfast. Rooms are big and the bed is confortable. The food from the outside bar is amazing and they have natural juices and cocktails that are also very good. Comparing it to other hotels we saw in the area, we can confirm that the type of guests is different: more athletes and fewer children, so the atmosphere was always calm and peaceful.

Very clean hotel, with a new design, delicious breakfast & dinner, great SPA and swimming pools. Very easy to book a car from the hotel, near to the sea - great location! Open swimming pool is perfect for trainings!

“Great Alcùdia vacation”

Very friendly staff, specially Rafa at the reception, he was very helpful and went the extra mile to give us advice and tips on interesting things to do in Mallorca, the breakfast was really nice and colorful with a lot of tasty fruits and vegetables (grilled and fresh) and everything we tried was tasty. The staff at the restaurant were also very welcoming and friendly.

“Perfect for a relaxed chilled week away!”

Very aesthetic. Food and drinks from the pool bar were so nice (especially Aperol spritz, club sandwich, chicken Caesar salad and gelato). Both pool areas were perfect for spending the whole day by (perfect mix of shade and sun options available). Room was nice - very big and comfortable bed, nice balcony, but bathroom area small. Gym was okay too if you want to do some Pilates or get steps in on the treadmill.

The room was sparsely furnished. It had no table and no mirror (until the last day). There were no surfaces available to place things on. From 7 a.m. onwards, the staff was clearly audible in the hallways.
