The variety and quality of the food was excellent. The staff in the main were courteous and helpful. We had a quiet room facing the forest which was ideal with a partial sea view.

We have visited countless of five star hotels before, and usually never leave a review, but this one in particular totally deserves it. All the small details were taken care of really well, so you can totally relax and feel that you get above and beyond the value of what you paid for. The average ratings are very high for a reason. We will come back when we visit Mallorca. Thank you!

Very friendly and super helpful staff. Exceptional child friendly hotel. Walking distance to the “town”. Warm water in the indoor pool which is superb during colder months. We were there in March. I recommend half board as the food is truly delicious and high quality.

Best Service and Most friendly staff i have ever Seen

All staff amazingly professional and friendly but the Polish couple in the buffet restaurant are super human doing the work of 6 but always polite and super helpful.

The food and service were exceptional. I don’t like Buffet dinner, hence we didn’t book the 1/2 board option. Our children were too tired to go out when we arrived at the hotel. We decided to have the dinner at the hotel which turned out to be the best buffet dinner I have never had and reminded me of the very popular ex buffet lunch at Harrod’s in London 10-15 years ago, not only the variety of food but also the quality of the ingredients and food. The wine list was also impressive with a very helpful and friendly head waiter. Both my wife and I , of course the children, enjoyed very much the stay during their 1/2 term break.

Breakfast and dinner was consistently delicious. Staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel and restaurant runs like clockwork Clean room. The location is perfect with direct access to a beautiful white sand beach.

We arrived after midnight and were shown to our room by the very polite concierge. The room was large and very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing with most of the food cooked or cut to order.
