The property is true to the pictures. Very private outside space, with comfortable outdoor furniture and large, properly heated pool. Very clean and well maintained. I can’t comment on responsiveness to problems, because there were no problems! However, I can say the owner made herself available from the outset. We will use this property again

The property was in a fantastic location, perfectly positioned between Playa Blanca and Rubicon Marina – both within easy walking distance. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, with high-quality beds, mattresses, bedding, and pillows that made for a great night's sleep. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras, like cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, and washing machine tablets – such a lovely touch and much more practical than having to buy full packs for a short stay. The pool was heated, caught the sun all day, and was a joy to use. The showers had excellent water pressure, and we never ran out of hot water, which is always a bonus. Additionally, the outdoor space was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying meals al fresco. The villa felt very private, which made it even more peaceful and relaxing. We also loved the modern amenities – everything we needed was at our fingertips, and the property felt like a home away from home. The host was very accommodating, providing clear communication and ensuring we had everything we needed. The combination of location, comfort, and thoughtful details made our stay truly memorable.

The villa was very clean, comfy beds. The pool was a good size and the outside space was great. The welcome pack was much appreciated after a late arrival with 3 hungry boys! Nice and central for walking to the town or playa Dorada beach, if not hiring a car.

The villa was exceptionally clean, modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic, large and clean as was the whole of the outside area. The location was also excellent and quiet. Special thanks to Emma, who went above and beyond to cater for all our requirements and was very welcoming and helpful. We have stayed in various villas before but this was by far the best and couldn't have asked for more, so much so that we have already booked to go back again.Well recommended.

Heated pool excellent for swimming, very good airconditioning in all rooms. Third stay for us in this villa. Excellent facilities, great selection of TV channels. Plenty of outdoor seating and sunbeds in a private garden.

“Fabulous villa!!”

On arrival my first impression was how clean the villa was inside and outside. It was immaculate! It’s bright, modern and comfortable. The pool and surrounding area is huge with plenty of sun loungers and comfortable seating. The beds and pillows in the bedrooms that we used were really comfortable and the bedding had a lovely fresh smell. It was a pleasure to get into bed at night! The kitchen has high quality appliances that again were spotlessly clean. We were provided with instructions on how to operate everything which was a bonus as I find this is something lacking in other accommodations I’ve stayed in. There is an easy to operate alarm system in place and the Villa and location felt very safe. Any communication that I had with Mandy who manages the villa was friendly and professional. All in all this is fantastic place to stay with everything you could want and it suited our needs perfectly! I’ve stayed in many different villas in Lanzarote over the years and this was by far the best. We would definitely return for another stay. Big thanks to Mandy and also to Emma for her exceptional cleaning!

The pool was great and was lovely and warm. The Villa was within easy walking distance of some lovely beaches and the restaurants in Playa Blanca.
