Very well kept and equipped. Great outdoor space. Super clean. Lovely and quiet. Lots of towels and kitchen supplies.

Lovely villa bit of a walk to town (15-20 minutes) but a taxi is approximately €4.00, price hasn't increased in the last 5 years. Comfortable beds, bottle of wine and water on arrival and a good supply of dishwasher tablets, etc. Would highly recommend. We were lucky yo get early entrance to the villa 1.00pm instead of 3.00 pm for no extra charge.

“Fantastic villa”

Villa was clean and tidy . Plenty of towel ,there was a cleaning package which was fantastic there was even washing pods for your clothes and washing up liquid dishwasher tablets even bin bags . They also left a few coffee pods . We had a problem with the pool heating which you have to pay for separately, once we reported the problem they sent someone to come and fix it they also refunded us some money which was greatly appreciated. Overall it’s a great company/ villas to stay in . It’s a bit of a walk into Playa Blanca but not to bad we would get a Taxi back which was less than €5 . Marina Rubicon was a good half hour walk but it’s nice to walk along the sea front .

Very nice villa with everything you need. Overall, I would rate the place and the villa a 8 out of 10, and I have a few reasons for not giving it a perfect 10.

Very clean, spotless in fact. thoughtful little extras like washing machine tablets, washing up liquid and cloths , loo rolls all being provided . Good array of crockery including little egg cups . Everything worked , all the lights worked, nothing was hanging off the walls or broken unlike a lot of properties which are poorly maintained. The pools area was spotless and the pool crystal clear . Good sun beds and beach towels provided , even the little pegs to stop your towel blowing away in the breeze

Clean, quiet with absolutely everything you need included

The villa was sparkling clean. The outside area was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. The washing machine didn't work, and they replaced it. We had a night time flight home, and we were permitted to stay on for the full day, really appreciated that. We've stayed at this location many times before, it's a 15 minute walk to the beach and another 5 into the town centre so a car isnt necessary.

The views were amazing. A nice touch was a bottle of wine & water in the fridge. Appreciated the cleaning products & bug spray.
