Great villa with plenty on offer for 2 families with pool, hot tub & pool table. Spacious villa with plenty of seating inside and out. Host communicated well and welcome pack excellent. Would definitely return in the future.

The Villa was just perfect. Had everything we could possibly need throughout our holiday. Location was great and a taxi rank around the corner was extremely helpful. Communication before our holiday and during was exceptional, nothing was too much to ask. Would definitely recommend and would certainly return.

Had a fantastic family holiday. Maria was very attentive and nothing was a problem. Pool was great for relaxing and chilling out. About 15/20 min walk to Playa Blanca but the bus stop was just across the road and a taxi rank round the corner but you had to phone to book.

“Perfect get away.”

The whole villa is massive, the pool was heated and the hot tub was an added bonus. Please note the hot tub is £20 a day to use. But well worth it in winter. Wine, beer and pop left in the fridge for us. Toiletries in all bathroom.

Great villa on the edge of the complex, worked well for two families as lots of space, pictures are deceiving, plenty to keep them entertained (swimming, pool, darts) and back gate was perfect to get out to the main road if you didn’t have a car rather than having to walk the long way out. The team were great too, before and during the trip.

The villa was amazing! We felt like celebrities! It was beautifully clean, spacious, had everything we could need, the outside area was perfection with a large table and chairs, also a sofa area, a bbq, sun loungers, swimming pool, hot tub. There is nothing more we could have needed for our stay. We had a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome and water and milk so we didn't have to rush to shops on arrival. A brilliant guide to the villa and surrounding areas which was very helpful. We especially enjoyed using the bbq facilities, swimming pool and hot tub (please note, there is an extra charge for using hot tub during your stay). The customer service was exceptional. Everyone we spoke to was marvellous. So polite and accommodating! Only a 15 minute walk to Flamingo beach. Hardly ever any taxis at the taxi rank. Often waited over an hour so I would recommend walking or getting a bus to town. The villa is on a bus route. It's in a lovely area so you feel safe and it was really quiet for all of our stay. I had the most wonderful 40th birthday. After this experience I don't think I will ever want to stay in a hotel again!

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Princesca for 8 amazing nights. From the initial communication from Kami, with all of the information about the villa, the area and Lanzarote and her quick responses to all of my questions, to our check in with Maria and the interaction with Alejandro, coupled with the amazing accommodation and prime location made our experience one we will never forget. From the perfect outdoor area, secluded pool, spacious rooms and having Baily’s Bar, which serves delicious food, a 2 minute walk away, we couldn’t have asked for any more.

“Exceptional Villa and Host”

The villa is very modern and spacious and the most well kitted out villa we have ever stayed in by far. The host Maria was lovely took the time to show us around the villa and some great recommendations. We like to dine in so we found the BBQ area fab and the kitchen had everything you would need right down to a food blender Overall a fantastic villa and service more like a hotel the welcome drinks and things were a nice touch and we were able to check out at 6pm which was appreciated as we had a late flight Bailys music bar and restaurant across the road is brilliant We will be back !

“Loved this Villa”

Loved this Villa, it had everything from the pool table to darts, games but the swimming pool was the best the water was lovely and warm so the kids were in it most of the day. The beds were very comfy which can be hit and miss in other villas we have stayed in. At night the terrace is just perfect its got all you could want one part with couches made into the walls and a nice big wooden roof over the dining area and BBQ. The kitchen / dining room was great as we were 12 in total and plenty of space for all of us, kitchen had pretty much everything even a blender which was a first. The host was exceptional, Maria provided stairgates, a baby sterilizer and a very nice fridge full on drinks. Location wise its about 10 mins to the beach there is a bar and taxi rank across the road and a small supermarket.
