“Great house close to the Marina”

A very good sized house that could easily fit 6 people. A good location within walking distance of the Marina, bars and restaurants and the supermarket. The living and dining room was very nicely decorated. The house had everything you would need for a long stay, full working kitchen and washing machine, more than one bathroom, a good outside space including a pool. A smart tv. It was very comfortable.

“Wonderful family stay in a lovely location”

Host sent me the code the day I arrived and it opened a lock box at the door. Couldnt have been easier. The property was spacious and clean with fresh linen and towels waiting for us. There was some basic amenities such as tea and coffee etc waiting for us. The message from the host detailed key information about the area which was really useful. We were a family of 5 and my 3 children adored their stay. The pool is a nice size for a family and the outdoor kitchen area was perfect for dinner time. Everything we could have needed was in the apartment You are a very short walk from a number of shops and there are takeaways active in the area. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and in that area you have multiple dining options too

Clean and very close to The Rubicon. The pool is lovely. Particularly want to call out Alban who is a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful.

Lovely Villa, very clean with great facilities. Very good communication from the owner Ivan. A stone's throw away from Marina Rubicon with all it's restaurants, and a 10 min walk to Playa Dorada. I would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely time staying here, the villa was perfect, great facilities and location! Alban was a great host, provided all of the information we needed and responded to messages very promptly! All of the little extras like the welcome tray and extras like dishwasher tablets and washing m/c pods were all very well received! Will definitely be looking to return!

The property was spacious and comfortable with everything you would need. A home from home. Lovely outside space with cracking pool. Very centrally located near the marina with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The area of the property was very safe and quiet. The host Alban was great, very accommodating and great communication. We will definitely be back.

Great property for a relaxed trip, very close to bars, restaurants and supermarket in marina rubicon and not far from playa blanca. Good pool and amenities throughout, great communication with the host and any queries/issues were responded to very quickly

In a central location for all amenities. A short stroll to Rubicon Marina. Quiet location. The apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. Communication with the vendor was good. Parking space on site. Pool was cleaned regularly.

Great location, well equipped and good communication from owner. Lots of nice touches e.g. provision of cleaning products including dishwasher tablets, loo roll and filters for the coffee machine. Nice quiet location just 5 minutes walk to the small supermarket and 10 minutes to the marina. Private parking a bonus. Comfortable beds, plenty of crockery and cutlery.
