“Beautiful”

This villa is as described online. It is clean, comfortable and has good working amenities such as air conditioning. It is beautifully appointed. The local area is stunning and accessible on foot. Playa Blanca Beach, the Papagayo Beaches, the Rubicon Marina, with shops and restaurants, a lovely harbour with sailing boats and motor boats. The walk to Rubicon Marina is a beautiful one, along the coast, with benches looking out to sea, lanterns and paving. The beaches mentioned are soft golden sand and the sea is clean. Los Coloradas is a collection of shops and restaurants and amenities and hotels just a skip away from the villa. One can stock up with provisions for the Papagayo beaches there, and then walk over the volcanic cliffs, easily, to access these beaches.

“Beautiful, well-equipped villa close to the seafront”

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. It’s well-equipped with everything we needed, very clean and well-maintained, and the communication with the host was very clear for a smooth and easy check-in. It’s close to the beach, as well as supermarkets and a small shopping centre with shops and restaurants, and the walk to the marina is very pleasant along the beachfront footpath. The pool is heated to a comfortable 28C. Overall, we highly recommend and would stay again.

Space was great, air con included, well equipped kitchen, pool great and proximity to supermarkets and a 20 min coastal stroll down to the marina area. Very good communication with Mona who looks after the property, she is very attentive.

Very comfortable fully equiped house. Garden and pool in full sun all day which was great. The pool is small but deep, big enough for me and my son to play happily in it. Location is good, 20 minute walk along the seafront to the marina area and restaurants. We hired a car to go further afield, e.g. to the sandy beaches. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. We enjoyed eating outside on the terrace everyday, we had a BBQ one night and all our breakfasts there.

The layout of the property was great for us. It suited our needs well. Enjoyed the pool, and the fact that it was heated meant we were able to use it every day The kitchen was well equipped A good supply of hot water all the times Lots of storage space. Seating areas were great with plenty of dining space and sun beds for 8. 1 row back from the front, A walkway runs the entire length of Calla Blanca. An easy pleasant walk

“Wonderful stay”

I would 100% recommended this villa, it was spacious, spotlessly clean and so well equipped. The management were very quick to respond to a minor problem with the pool which was sorted, they turned up in person and were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of loungers and seating areas, so very suitable for 6 to 8 people, (there were 4 of us) The villa is in a very quiet area but taxis are approx 4 euros to both the Marinas. There is a supermarket, a cafe/bar and an Indian restaurant within a 5 minute walk. We would definitely book again if going to Lanzarote.

“Excellent”

Apartment has all the amenities on 2 levels. One twin bedroom on ground floor and 2 on 2nd floor, both with balconies. Double room has an en-suite which is a shower and not a bath as in the pictures. Another bathroom adjacent to the twin room. Plenty of storage and hangers. Through the kitchen leads to a drying area where there is a washing machine (bring your own tablets) and 2 driers as well as clothes pegs, iron, ironing board and child seat. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. There are a few English books in the TV unit. The TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime. (couldn’t get it to change to English speaking, but then wasn’t really bothered with tv). Also some games in the cabinet Only 3 loungers, not sure if you can ask for more. Step out onto the main road from poolside and turn right, then right again and that will take you to a British supermarket, which is pricey and further up is the local Dino, 2 blocks up. The bus stop that takes you into Playa Blanca port is diagonally to the left of Dino, beside the football/basketball area. €1.40 each. Bus takes you to the terminal. If you are coming back by bus you need to cross the road from bus terminal to the bus stop otherwise you will be doing the circular route which adds another 30-40 minutes. Taxi is about €5. Step out the back door and turn right, then left at Mirador Papagayo Hotel and that will take you to the sea where there is a path, turn right and that takes you to the local Marina (about 1 mile). There is a market on a Wednesday and Saturday. You can walk from there to Playa Blanca port which takes approximately 45 mins from apartment. Mona, the property manager is very helpful and accommodating.

Location was excellent. Eva was wonderful, pool was maintained to the highest standards. The villa lacked nothing.
