Couldn't fault a thing from our first day to our last day , staff were very helpful,friendly and cleanliness was second to none. Food in restaurant was exceptional and different choice each night . Would highly recommend this hotel.

“Overall it was a fantastic hotel well locatrd”
The room was very large 2 Bed put together though rather than a large double bed. Breakfast was very extensive and all of very good quality. There were lots of very nice restaurants within short walking distance of the hotel.

Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The architecture of the hotel is spectacular. It was so kind of management to acknowledge birthday and anniversary celebrations with Cava and sweets.

“Nice for relaxing and pools”
This is an older 5-star resort that’s clearly in need of renovation — it feels more like a 4-star property at this point. That said, it’s very quiet and the pools are great for sunbathing and relaxing. Keep in mind that if you’re looking for a beach holiday, this may not be the best choice. The hotel is located next to a marina, not a beach, so you’ll need a car to reach one.

“We couldn’t fault the hotel - had a wonderful stay.”
This was our sixth year at this hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast which was constantly replenished but no poached eggs this year! The rooms are all the same and are large with a seating area. A good innovation are the water fountains for guests use including sparkling water. Fridge in room was useful. Good tv channel offering including BBC1 and 2 and ITV. We love the architecture of this hotel with its mock church entrance, reception with waterfall and village appearance. And it’s location opposite Marina Rubicon, definitely the best area in Playa Blanca.
