“Great stay and great hosts!”

Hosts met us on arrival, everything explained in person! Always available to help if needed, property is excellent and all facilities top! No complaints! Will come back hopefully at some point!

We have just got back from a weeks stay in this lovely villa we were a group of 4. Alberto & Irena were perfect hosts. They live close so on hand should you need them. The Villa has everything you need, plenty of storage, hangers, beach towels, comfortable beds. Plenty of cool places to sit or sunny spots. The garden is pretty & the bonus of a pool / BBQ. We paid for the pool to be heated which is a must in April. The plug sockets are different to what I've seen before. They have 3 sections in a circle with 3 holes each. They take the adapters we're used too but only the thinner prongs. Unfortunately mine were thicker so couldn't use them but they do have spares in a box in the hall. The location is perfect, not too close to the center so peaceful but close enough to walk in around 20 minutes. Taxis back €4. There are 2 parking spaces outside the villa, plus a car par at the end of the drive. The living room is very comfortable as well. We loved it & would definitely come back again in the future. This is a lovely villa that I would highly recommend. It is spacious and comfortable with a homely feel. It is well stocked with everything you’d need and very clean. I felt that the owners have a pride in how it is presented and wanted to make it as nice as possible. The facilities and presentation were notably beyond what you’d typically get in such a property. Everything was clean and tidy and the hosts very helpful. The location is decent and the town and front easily walkable for anyone with reasonable mobility. We found a quick route and I timed 16 minutes to the bus station, or about 22 minutes to the sea front. The outside area and pool is really lovely with a nice view of the hills and plenty of seating in shade or sun. The outside area is very nicely done as per the rest of the property, including some nice cacti. All in all, very good value.

First of all Alberto and Irena were great hosts. Always available for any questions. The villa was exceptional. It had everything we needed. The heated outdoor pool was a bonus. It was one of the few properties I have stayed in where it had all the equipment and facilities required. The town was only a 10 minute walk away with all the bars and resteraunts at your disposal. Another plus was the amount of toys and books available for our 17 month old granddaughter. I would highly recommend the property

Wonderful hosts, wonderful people, friendly and helpful. Beautiful, clean villa with everything you need for life. Very good location, close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. Lovely private pool, barbecue, and garden. We will definitely return to this place.

“Fabulous Villa!”

Alberto & Irenas villa is fabulous. A luxurious home away from home. It had everything we needed and more! The pool and garden are gorgeous! The beds are really comfortable too. It's in a lovely quiet area with a local shop and Cash Diplo just 5 minutes away. Alberto & Irena are such lovely hosts who were on hand if we needed them! Can't recommend Casa Sol y Mar Azul highly enough! Thanks for having us!!

Communication from the minute we booked was great and we received check in instructions in advance. The villa was a great size and spotlessly clean. Everything you needed for a self catering holiday and more. The kitchen was well stocked and had all utensils/cookware for a family. Alberto and Irena met us the day after arrival, we're contactable on WhatsApp for any issues and came to say goodbye the day before we left. Had a small issue with the air conditioning and 1 of the showers but these things happen, and were rectified swiftly by Alberto. Very quiet residential area around 20 mins walk from main centre. Would definitely recommend for peace and relaxation. BBQ was great with views of the mountain and sea. 👌

“A beautiful stay in January”

This villa is amazing. Beautifully decorated, very spacious and well thought out with lots of modern detail. The hosts, Alberto & Irena, are the best kind of hosts you could wish for. Very friendly and professional. There were lots of things around the villa that made the initial arrival so much easier, such as cleaning items, hand soap, toilet & kitchen roll. Also, staple items such as salt, pepper, some spices, and tea & coffee making items. We were a family of 5 staying in the villa. The day we arrived, it was my husband's birthday, Irena & Alberto very thoughtfully left a card and gift for my husband, which was much appreciated. Alberto & Irena came round the day after our arrival to introduce themselves and check we were happy with everything and then again on our last day to say goodbye. We, both as a family and my husband & I on our own, have stayed in many villas, but this is by far the best. Irena & Alberto are genuine lovely people who do a great job of being lovely hosts. Only a 5 minute car journey to the centre of Playa Blanca and a few minutes further to Rubicon Marina, which is a must to visit. Without a doubt, I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. You will not be disappointed and we will 100% stay here again. Thank you both, Alberto & Irena, for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. See you again ☺️

Casa Sol Mar Azul is an exceptional property, you will NOT be disappointed . This is our 2nd year staying here for 2 weeks . It was a pleasure to meet our hosts . The villa is true to all the photos you see on the web site . There is a supermarket “cash diplo “close by that’s sells everything. This villa offers all the home comforts from sleeping resting cooking . The garden area is 100% private and the pool is luxury .

I had fantastic communication with Alberto and Irena before and during the stay. Beforehand Alberto kindly shared the best route, details of pool temperature and heating and kindly advised me of early access. When we arrived they both came to visit us and ensure we had everything we needed. They gave us some great advice on great places to visit which we would all like ( advice which we took) and also checked in on us at the end of our stay too!

Very helpful hosts. Fixed small issues very quickly

Everything!!! From meeting Alberto&Irena who are wonderful hosts! They had Left us water&other gifts..for when we arrived to popping round the morning after to check everything was OK and if there was any problems while we were there to get in touch! They only live up the road! Which there was no problems at all! The villa is Amazing it has everything& More! It's so relaxing,very quiet,Beds so comfy, pool lovely size and we had it heated! loved sitting at the big table for meals and playing cards! There was lots of games,Dvd etc if you have children with you! On our last day which was 11th December Alberto&Irena let us stay till we got picked up at 2pm...which was wonderful! They didn't have another guest till much later so kindly let us stay! Which was very much appreciated! If your looking to book this villa just do it!!! You really won't be disappointed! Had a fantastic holiday. Villa is beautiful and the area it is in is lovely and quiet. Alberto our host was great and always available if any problems had arisen. Looking forward to having another fantastic holiday here. Perfect for couples and families. Everything you could ask for and more.

When we arrived at Buganvillas all our expectations were met 100% and MORE🥰the villa is settled nicely in a residential zone . Very quiet very relaxing . The villa itself has all the comforts of home with a full appliance kitchen . Living room is spacious and comfortable . The bedroom were perfect two en suite and the 3rd we used the master bathroom . I can’t say enough about how happy we were to stay here . The pool and all the facilities sunloungers pergola bbq area were are magnificent.

the beds were very comfortable. the house and garden were spotlessly clean. all required utensils were there. air-con was a nice break from the heat . room to park hire car hosts were very pleasant to deal with heated pool (on request)

“Wonderful stay!”

Loved this villa. Bright, airy, modern. Exceptionally clean and well equipped - had everything we needed and villa owners left complimentary items. Appliances excellent. Fridge has cold drinking water and ice dispenser. Never had such comfy beds on holiday! Garden is beautifully landscaped, photos don’t do it justice! Pool was wonderful. Villa is very quiet, garden enclosed so safe for kids, and not overlooked. Owners attentive and very helpful. What more is there to say? We had a wonderful holiday. Alberto and Irena have set the bar high!
