The app is beautiful, spacious and calm. It has everything you'll need in the app and outside, even beach towels, chairs and sunshade, it even had the sunscreen.

Fantastic apartment, modern, exceptionally clean and really comfortable. Nice to have extras like beach towels, beach chairs, cleaning products, coffee, water, beer & wine, we were short of hangers but after a quick message more were given. The hosts were lovely, friendly & responsive. The balcony was a great size, sun all day and a wonderful view of the pool and sea. Pool area immaculate with a lovely large pool weather permitting as unheated. The location is a 20 minute walk to the Marina rubicon which is the nicest place in Playa Blanca, an array of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk away and loads of parking just by the apartment complex. Cannot wait to return next January 😎

This is an immaculate first floor apartment located on a modern, gated, and tastefully designed development in a residential area within a very short walking distance of the sea and the lovely promenade walk into town. There are the sea views and there is a nice balcony. The two of us stayed very early January and it was very quiet. Valerie and Toni were very friendly hosts. We would like to return there early next January (2027) but it's already booked. I am not surprised! In theory, the apartment could accommodate 4 people as there is sofa bed in the living room (which includes the kitchen) , the fact that the bathroom is located off the main bedroom could make this impractical. but this was not relevant to us. There is free Netflix but no English TV channels and the wi-fi was flaky at times. The Hyperdino supermarket was only a few hundred yards away to the opposite side of the open undeveloped waste land. The walk along the sea front (takes about 40/45 mins) was one of the highlights of our stay. Just perfect on a sunny morning.

“Superb Comfort and a Peaceful Stay in Playa Blanca.”

We had a wonderful stay in this one-bedroom apartment in Playa Blanca. The apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was genuinely exceptional — a proper super king that was incredibly comfortable, not just two singles pushed together, which made such a difference. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish, and even though we arrived before check-in, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage, which was a huge bonus. The apartment is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxed, quiet holiday in a quieter location of Playa Blanca, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Accommodation was extremely clean, well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything necessary (there is no full-size oven but the small countertop one provided was adequate). The location is extremely quiet on a well maintained gated private complex and this particular apartment probably has some of the best sea views.

“A much needed break”

We had a fabulous stay, we were welcomed by Valerie who showed us around which was nice, and made us feel at home. The the apartment was a nice size, was really well equipped, immaculately clean, and had a wonderful view. We did not need for anything, including lovely touches like beach towels and deckchairs to use, not that we did. The best restaurants were at the marina which was about a 20 minute walk away.

Everything needed for a comfortable stay was included- even beach towels and chairs! It was pristine clean. The owners left little treats which were really welcoming. They very kindly extended our checkout time to facilitate us.

The property is amazing. The sea views from the balcony and living area are stunning. The casa is decorated wonderfully and has a large very comfy bed. Bathroom great size with good shower. Everywhere very clean.

Apartment was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The bed was massive and so comfortable. Huge bathroom with great shower and plenty of towels - for pool use too. Location was so peaceful and the pool was fantastic. Spacious balcony with space to eat and relax and fantastic sea views. Only a short stroll and we were on the promenade which stretched all the way to Playa Blanca. Hosts were great, allowing us to leave our bags on arrival and departure days.

“Absolutely Perfect!”

We spent a lovely relaxing week here in August and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by Valerie and Toni, with complimentary beer, wine and water in the fridge on arrival. The apartment is beautifully presented, pristine, clean and cosy. Special mention for the Simba mattress and pillows which were the comfiest I've ever had whilst on holiday. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and is a huge selling point for me. The pool area is clean, tidy and very quiet, perfect for relaxing. If you have a car, there is plenty of parking at the front of the complex and a HiperDino within 2 minutes walk. We will be back to stay here again in the future.

“A perfect little apartment in a beautifully quiet location”

A perfect little apartment in a beautifully quiet location, with a little supermarket very close and about a 15 minute stroll to the marina. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with an enormous, comfy bed too. Valerie was extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, if you want a night in and came with a welcome package, including a bottle of wine! A highlight was sitting on the large balcony / terrace, with the peaceful view across the pool and the sea.

I've stayed at the apartment several times before. Valerie and Toni are the most lovely hosts. I let Valerie know via WhatsApp when I land at Lanzarote airport and also when I've arrived at the gate to the complex. She is always there to meet me and makes me feel so very welcome. The apartment is just amazing so very comfortable and like a 'home from home'. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay and the WiFi is excellent. There is a supermarket a short distance away and also a bus stop which takes you into the centre of Playa Blanca. Marina Rubicon is about 15 minute walk away. I will be back there in 10 weeks time and I can't wait!
