The location is in a residential area but is very quiet and safe. The facilities in the house are very good . The shower works well, and the cooking facilities are of a high standard. The outdoor area is of a reasonable size and gets a lot of sun during the day. The bus service into Playa Blanca is fairly easy to access and operates well, as does the taxi service.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations. The property had all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable, from cozy bedding to well-equipped kitchen facilities. One of the highlights of our experience was the exceptional hospitality of the owner Cristobal. They were incredibly helpful and eager to ensure that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests truly enhanced our experience. Additionally, the location was convenient, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Whether we were exploring the local area volcanic landscape beauties of Lanzarote or simply relaxing at the property, we felt right at home.
