“Great location and spotless apartment”

The apartment was spotless, great amenities (they looked brand new!) and fantastic customer service. The host was very responsive. The street parking outside makes it easy to find a space to park your car. The terrace is spacious, clean and well decorated. Overall, great experience and highly recommended place to stay. The host left for us a bottle of wine, milk and water, we really appreciated it :)

“Perfect in every way”

The location was absolutely perfect in the centre of Playa Blanca but also in a quiet residential area. Close to restaurants, next door to an amazing bakery, and a 5 minute walk from Playa Dorada beach. Octavio and Maria were the best hosts we could have wished for. Accommodated our late arrival and met us at the apartment to show us everything and provided us with water, milk, snacks and wine on arrival which were most welcome. The apartment is even better than the photos! Especially the terrace which has stunning views of the sunset. All the furnishings are of an extremely high standard and everything has been thought of and provided for including: beach towels, beach equipment, washing machine tablets, umbrellas, beach bags, blankets for outside, coffee pods etc etc

“Fabulous”

Location excellent. 2 minutes walk to the best restaurant just at the bottom of the road Tipico Español (in our opinion). 5 mins walk to Hiperdino/Spar.Supermarket and beach. Apartment spotless, well equipped, comfortable with quality furnishings and fittings. Towels, dressing gowns and slippers. Large smart TV with Netflix. Took our Firestick and wifi was strong. Superb terrace - beautiful. Sun from 11 - 5 but this was March. Lovely views. Quiet. Again, quality furnishings/furniture and sunbeds. Added bonus of coolbag/ice packs, beach chairs and umbrella. Met by hosts Maria and Jose who gave us lots of information about the area and apartment and was always available if needed. Milk, wine and a couple of beers in the fridge a nice touch. Just everything was fantastic. Will definitely stay again if dates are available next time we are in Playa Blanca. Thank you.

“Comfortable, relaxing stay and perfect weather.”

Just returned home after a lovely relaxing week at this wonderful apartment. The location is perfect, easily accessible to lots of shops, bars and restaurants yet very quiet and peaceful. Everything you can think of is provided including excellent WiFi.

“Birthday break away”

Everything about this place was amazing. They have thought of everything from making sure you have milk, tea, coffee, and sugar. You get a welcome pack of crisps, wine, and nuts. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The balcony is lovely and comfortable. You're practically 2 mins from the seafront, and there are restaurants everywhere, each with different menus and choices. This is a place we will definitely come back to.

We were greeted warmly by Maria Jose and her husband Octavia and shown around their beautiful apartment. They explained everything to us. This apartment has everything you could possibly need for your holiday. They have thought of everything and the attention to detail is superb. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has all the mod cons, coffee machine, kettle ect The wow factor is definitely the private terrace, it was heaven as you had the sun loungers, towels, and the sun all day. Table and chairs also to enjoy your breakfast every morning or a nice glass of wine in the evening (thanks Maria Jose & Octavia) 😃 While it is in a residential area it is very close to all the amenities, shops, beach, restaurants and bus station. For a relaxing holiday this is a superb apartment with excellent hosts who go out of their way to make it as homely as possible. We appreciated the water, milk and definitely the wine when we arrived 😁 We will definitely return. We enjoyed every minute.

“A Beautiful relaxing week”

This beautiful refurbished apartment has been tastefully decorated with all modern furniture and appliances. When we holiday we choose an apartment that has a good private outdoor area for sunbathing but also has plenty of shade, it offered both with comfortable sun loungers and relaxed seating area to watch the sunset. The bed is large and very comfortable and has beautiful modern bathroom. Its position is just a short stroll from a vast choice of bars and restaurants but in a quiet street with plenty of parking if you have a car. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, meeting us at the property to explain the facilities and were always available by phone. We will definitely be booking this apartment again!

Very good location, 5 minutes walk to the front, 2 minutes walk to nearest supermarket. Plenty of on street parking. The hosts met us and explained everything and were extremely helpful. Wonderful rooftop terrace.

We had an amazing stay. Maria Jose and Octavio gave us a great welcome when we arrived and had even left us a delicious bottle of wine! The highlight was the gorgeous terrace, where we could take in the beautiful sunset every evening. We were working remotely for part of the time we were there and the Wi-Fi was perfect, inside and out. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. They even sent a nice happy birthday message on my husband’s birthday while we were there. Location was excellent.

on arrival we were met by Octavio and Maria who showed us around the apartment and all the facilities on offer This included a great welcome pack of things such as water , coffee , milk and a lovely bottle of wine The apartment was really clean and beautifully decorated and very comfortable with everything you could wish for . Just when you thought things couldn’t get any better we walked on to the terrace which had the sun shining on it when we walked out . The terrace was great and we spent a lot of time there sunbathing or just relaxing with a drink The location was brilliant in the middle of playa blanca but set back so was very quiet We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return . Octavio and Maria are great hosts and you can tell they are very proud of their apartment and rightly so as it is fantastic

Whole place was spotless,tastefully decorated with enough facilities to cook well enough.Plenty of fresh-smelling towels and bed linen - even bathrobes and slippers.Controlable lighting added to the experience.Very comfortable bed,sofa and outside furnature.Very thoughtful welcome items like milk,sugar,coffee pods,water,cheese and biscuits were provided including an excellent bottle of wine.I also liked the real potted plants dotted around.Every care taken by the hosts to make my stay a happy one.Tried to book for next year but was unavailable for my dates.Great place.

Lots, the owners were exceptional and obviously had put so much into the design of the property. They had gone way beyond the usual standard. The kitchen was very well equipped with excellent quality appliances including a coffee maker. Bathrobes and slippers and toiletries were an added bonus. Little touches supplying umbrellas, sun hats, shopping bag were appreciated. We were also left an excellent bottle of wine, crisps, crackers, cheese, milk, water, lemons, selection of teas and coffee pods. The roof terrace had a shower, loungers, comfy sofas, gazebo, coffee table, along with an additional table and chairs.

“Anazing , immaculate, quiet…. perfect apartment 👌”

This apartment was one of the best we have stayed in and we stay in a lot of apartments abroad! It was absolutely immaculate. The facilities were second to none and the hosts were so lovely showing us round. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make a stay here perfect. We loved the private patio with the lovely remote control lights. It was so comfortable to lie on the sun-loungers and enjoy the sun. We found a great fishmongers at the port and we were able to cook some lovely meals but there was also a fantastic selection of restaurants on our doorstep. The apartment very quiet at night despite being in a very central location. We want to say thank you to the hosts for allowing us to experience they’re fantastic apartment 💯🥰
