“Almost a 5 star”
I liked everything. Some of the food could be better. We went for our annual family reunion. A group of us from Canada, the US, and Panama. We all felt included and well taken care of.

Very noisy concerts every night until 11 PM. Dirty pool. Too crowded. Would not stay here again.

“Boring and not deluxe”
Cleaning service was good, rooms are spacious, supervisor Crystel was very kind and helped me, dance show was interesting (Noel is one love). Massage spa was also cool.

Easy access to the beach, which is not crowded. Most guests seem to prefer the pools. Staff is friendly and they obviously strive to provide the best service despite being understaffed and overworked. The hotel is clean.

“Kids were happy with entertainment and food”
I can praise staff and management- attentive, polite, friendly, and respectful. The beach area is nice and clean. Kids loved children’s pool and activities. The Buffet on some days was really good and on 2 days mediocre.

“Good option at the beach”
Food was good, drinks also! At the bar there was not much queue so you were served pretty quick. There are lots of areas to hang out and the beach was great too - horsemen were not a problem so don’t worry. Sportsbar was super cool!
