Both the pools and beach were excellent. The resort has numerous pools one of which includes several slides, and another a poolside bar. The resort fronts onto a sandy beach, which although not private was kept clean, was patrolled by lifeguards during the day, and was mercifully free of tat-selling vendors.

The food offering is good and there are a lot of choices. The animation in the pool area for the kids was also very good and the ladies running it were super friendly and nice.

“Amazing resort”

We had a great 1 day stay at this resort. We arrived at 12h30 and immediately were invited to check-in (no queues), we were told room access could only be given at 15h, but we could start using the resort facilities, including lunch. The pools are great and our daughter loved the tobogan ones (only for children taller than 110cm). The food was always great and during the afternoon there was a taco bar which was amazing. Drinks available everywhere. Beach access right after the big pool. Lots of lifeguards and care for the children's safety. Night show for children and kids club with very nice ladies playing with them.

“Fun vacation!”

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service. Food was so much good than the last time we visited. I think they made a great change with the chef. The service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

“I feel scammed. I paid a lot of money and the staff changed my reservation”

I paid for Playa Blanca all inclusive resort and when I arrived the staff told me my room was on town center. They told me it was an error of booking.com website but it isn’t my fault they have internal issues. I really feel ripped of and cheated. I made the reservation 2 weeks ago and I paid that amount of money because I wanted to stay in Playa Blanca Resorts not in Town Center.
