The food overall was very good. I noticed that the chefs were constantly supervising that everything was well presented and preserved. I also noticed the cleanliness of the pools, and the personnel checking the water.

My husband enjoyed the food and alcohol selection, as well as the pool area for the toddlers. I personally want to recognize a very helpful, friendly, and professional staff member at the reception (especially the manager, unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was very professional and knowledgeable). I am saying it because I have a lot of experience in customer service. I liked our room and the cleanliness, which was maintained during our stay. Housekeeping also plays a big part, especially when the hotel is overcrowded. We liked the gym and SPA facilities, they were well maintained, maybe because normal people don't do exercises during the vacation lol :) The girl who used to take restaurant reservations was also very pleasant and helpful; unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to visit the last restaurant because it was always full. I also liked that the buffet area was consistently cleaned, which is hard to maintain with such a large number of kids.

Overall, not a good experience. We did our feedback internally to the management and they literally didn't care about, which was just confirming the poor quality of the "resort". We firmly recommend to avoid booking with them. We only save a 4 stars for the crew members, specially the ones involved on the kids activities. They do deserve best management as they slightly described.

“Perfect place for a stay with children”

Absolutely amazing stay! The kids were thrilled, and so were we. Great beach, we really enjoyed the water slides (almost no lines), and the food was very good. Even the wine included in the all-inclusive was really good – which is not often the case. Friendly staff, clean and bright room, the only thing we regretted was that we couldn’t stay longer :(

The staff were wonderful , from reception, restaurants, bars, pool, all great. The food was good, pool clean and the beach was beautiful.

The beach and the pool was nice. The buildings and rooms need renovation, the food was avarage. More seafood, fresh juice would have been nice for the price we have paid.

My family and I loved this place!!! It is not luxurious but has everything you need to have an amazing vacation. The kids had a blast in the water park, the kids zone. They even participated in the nighttime shows. The food was very decent! I wish they would have more variations but what they had was sufficient and tasty. The staff was amazing, all super nice. I love how the beach was a mixture of different sand colors (in pics it looks like the beach is dirty, but in fact it’s a mixture of different sand materials - beautiful in person)
