“I didn’t get the King Loft room I booked. Had to call down for a charger, USBs didn’t work.”
Bed and pillows were comfy. Shower was nice and powerful.

“Horrible, nothing like the description on booking.com”
Nothing really.... we were totally given fraudulent info to get us to book this hotel. We booked because the room description included a full kitchen, balcony and fireplace. The room had none of that.

Overall the look is industrial which what drew me to want to stay here. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by the front desk everyone is great! Que was hilarious and great energy. Room was spectacular. We will be staying here again.

“Great location, comfy beds”
We enjoyed our stay here. I liked the modern aesthetic, the room was very clean and the beds are super comfy. The rainfall showerhead and toiletries were lovely. The pool area is beautiful though we didn't use it on this stay. The staff was pleasant enough. Location is convenient.

Actually I reserved the Hotel because of it's stylish looks & good reviews. The only good thing I found was it's easy to reach and to park in front of the house.
