I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is near a number of big stores. I liked the staff. The receptionists were very good and professional except for one who checked us in. She was not pleasant - unfortunately i did not get her name but she is a young lady who speaks spanish. The 2 chefs were excellent and very friendly. The cleaners were very good and polite despite their english language barrier

“Clean, friendly, and sweet staffs which makes me go back to the brand Hyatt Place.”
It was nice and clean. The staffs were wonderful and made our stay real comfortable.
