The staff and hotel does not have a clue what is going on with the billing system. I paid for this through booking.com and was BILLED again through the hotel AFTER giving them my receipt from bookin.com~!~

“It was very practical for our quick vacation with the kids.”
Fruits infused chilled water at the reception was welcoming. The restaurant staff were excellent. They constants went above and beyond for us. I travelled with 3 kids (1,5,7 years) All our fussy eating were catered for nicely.

“Disappointed about concierge lounge being closed”
I spent 60$ to upgrade to concierge level only to find out the concierge mclub was not even open on friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Seems like I should not have been charged for that
