“Great villa”

The villa was super clean, the beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped with thoughtful touches like foil, cooking spices oils etc all provided. Communication from the host was fantastic. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries in Plakias, its a gem. We also loved nearby Damnoni

“Paul's villa is a modern, quiet, and well-located place near Plakias Beach”

Paul's villa is a modern and beautifully designed place within walking distance of Plakias Beach and the village center. We were warmly welcomed by the owners, who showed us around and were always happy to provide tips and information whenever we had questions. It’s the perfect spot if you want to explore Plakias and the surrounding area but prefer to stay outside the busy center. Although the house is close to the main road, it never disturbed us—inside it’s completely quiet, and even outside we barely noticed any passing cars. Another big plus is the private parking space on the property. We would definitely stay here again!

“Lovely villa in a great location.”

The villa was clean, comfortable, and had a really well equipped kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals for the family. That said, the villa’s great location and proximity to all the lovely restaurants in Plakias meant we ate out a lot. We loved the pool and the outside dining space, and appreciated the air conditioning. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming, it was a pleasure to meet them and to enjoy their lovely villa. They gave us tips on great local places and even came to see us off on our last morning. We would definitely recommend a stay here and look forward to coming back in the future!

The villa on the website says 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms it is really 2bedrooms & bathroom & a half as it is a little misleading because only 1 bathroom with a shower not 2 bathrooms with shower

“Fantastic place to stay in Plakias”

We had a wonderful stay at Pauls villa. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Delicious olive oil and raki:) The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean. Everything is new. Beautiful view of the bay from the terrace in front of the house. Great pool. simply 10/10 :)

“We enjoyed staying in Paul's Villa - our oasis in August.”

The house is modern and very clean. The sea is 5 minutes away and the walk is pleasant, but we also spent a lot of time at the pool. The supermarket and the bakery are really close. The restaurants and bars in Plakias are 10 minutes on foot. We liked Siroko tavern but also cooked fresh fish from the fish shop at the house. The kitchen is very well equipped indeed. Our host Manolis was very polite and gave us useful advices for our trips and dining. Thank you, I hope to see you soon!

An amazing villa with fabulous facilities in an excellent location just 10min walk to the beach and centre of Plakias. Beautiful fixtures and fittings. Comfortable beds with Extra bedding and blankets provided. Well stocked with cooking pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Lots of outside space, grass and tiled areas, Sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. Beautifully clean. Secure parking. Paul was a very responsive host who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Including greeting us at 4:30am in the morning after our flight was significantly delayed. The homemade olive oil was also exceptional. As a family of 5 we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s Villa. We would highly recommend this villa and host.

Set in its own grounds it felt secluded but well located a great location for a short walk to the beach and into centre of Plakias. We particularly liked that the villa was very well equipped for cooking and dining in which we like to do with wonderful local Cretan produce.
