Overview
Surrounded by lush greenery, quietly located on the beach of Karavos, the traditionally built Kalypso Cretan Village offers a swimming pool, tennis court and spa centre. It features rooms with balcony overlooking the Libyan Sea or the garden. Featuring traditional decorative details, all rooms at the Kalypso Cretan Village offer a TV, air conditioning and a refrigerator. Each includes a safety deposit box. Situated between the reception and the pools with a view to the Libyan Sea, the restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner including fresh sea food, Greek and international cuisine. Guests enjoy drinks in one of the bars, such as the poolside bar. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including diving, snorkelling and billiards. Basketball and volleyball courts are also provided. Aqua massage and hamam are among the facilities provided at the spa centre. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in public areas. Plakias Beach is 1 km away. In close proximity, the Preveli white sand beach, its natural palm grove and the monastery are well worth a visit.

“Stunning location!”
A beautiful view and cool facilities. You can tell it would have been the IT place back in the day - it’s a little dated but everything is clean, comfortable and functional. Would be great for families. A special thank you to Eleni and the team for the welcome - a cute towel and petal arrangement for our honeymoon.

Located outside of the city, on a cliff, it is a resort, not a city hotel. Very good, if you are travelling by car. Super picturesque location, with amazing view and creative architecture. Rooms are large, with patios or balconies. Very nice breakfast. The decor and equipment was a little dated, but still nice. The views are amazing!

“Perfect as always!”
I have stayed here many times. Every time is always better than the last. The food was excellent and absolutely delicious. Pools and surrounding areas were well kept and clean. We enjoyed the entertainment, which was different every night as well as the massages and spa treatments.

The hotel is very wear down, old and not clean. The breakfast was unbeatable, no AC in the breakfast room ,salted water pool,, lobby etc. but the beach was amazing and the view is priceless

Excellent location where you can truly relax. Beautiful surroundings and sea view from the room. The hotel offered many facilities, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Christina from Thessaloniki.
