No meals prepared: these are fully-appointed kitchens for self-use. Great location for many spots on the peninsula, especially Maya Beach. Great wading pool and shade-covered surround. Great spot for sunsets and sky-gazing.

“Disappointed amenities didn't match the aesthetics of the room”
The room itself was beautiful. The view from the room was awesome. The pool was always nice and warm. The shower was spectacular.

“Beautiful Unique Rooms”
Swan Villas is definitely the most unique place I have ever stayed. We felt like we were at the beach and jungle at the same time; tucked away in our own little private cave. The set up of the room is a bit different than we’re used to (toilet downstairs and shower and hand basin upstairs). The hot tub in the room is great; especially for those of us trying to avoid crowds at the beach or pool (the pool on site was also pretty empty when we stayed). Would definitely recommend staying here!

Super cool unique place. Very quiet. Free kayaks and bikes to use. Helpful host.
