Every hotel needs a receptionist like Alley!! Nothing was too much trouble, first class customer service! Hotel is well situated for Downtown and the PPG Paints arena! Room was sapacious and clean

Devin (apologies if wrong spelling) on reception was very friendly and helpful - Our Amtrak train arrived very early in the morning and we were very thankful he was able to give us early access to our room. We found all staff to be very helpful and friendly.

room was very cold and I was travelling with kids. apparently this old building only has either AC or Heater on. you can't turn on heater when the AC in the building in on.
