"This house definitely does not live up to our expectations. We arrived in a neighborhood that felt VERY unsafe. The surrounding houses were very worn down and dilapidated. In front of our rented house, there was a damaged, beat-up car without a hood. The gardens around were filled with trash and old junk. It certainly didn’t feel safe to walk around the area. In front of the house, there was a smell of rot and mold coming from the basement. It didn’t feel safe to leave our car outside or our luggage inside when we were planning to head into the city the next day. The house itself was somewhat nice and spacious, but the floors sagged and felt like walking on a ship – very unstable. The carpet was worn, the lamps were dusty, and it felt like the house could collapse at any moment. The bathroom and toilet were in the basement. However, the basement was very low, so we had to walk hunched over, and we had to walk between ceiling supports that kept the house standing. The plants in the garden were withered. The pictures on the internet were certainly misleading. The home is also not close to the city center. It says 10 minutes, but that’s by car – far from the European idea of a 10-minute walking distance. Our family felt so unsafe staying in the neighborhood that we chose to stay at a hotel in Downtown instead. The owner of the house has refused to refund the amount we paid for the two nights we rented the house."

The house was very welcoming. Snacks and bottled water on arrival. Lots of room. Nice little patio outside. Bedrooms and bathroom were very clean and roomy. Air conditioning worked well. No more than a ten minute drive to get to Market Square and Station Square. Ato was very easy to reach and responded immediately. He accomodated our arrival time too.

Plenty of room and space, comfortable and updated. The host was extremely responsive. Easy check in/check out.
