“A perfect place to relax and have a great breakfast :)”
Very kind recepcionist and owners who really like to help and communacate with guests :) The garden arround the villa looks like a real mediterran arboretum, locates at a foothill with nice view to S -SWest. Thanks to the location and the big garden it is very quite The approx 200 years old villa is at top conditition thanks to the owners. The week what we spent ther was one of our best holidays :) Car is a must as the villa locats further from the Center of Pistoia Breakfast is great too.

One of the best places I’ve stayed so far. The whole atmosphere felt incredibly cozy and authentic, with a real Tuscany vibe that made the experience special from the moment we arrived. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made everything even more comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and overall the pricing felt more than fair for what you get. The room was clean, comfortable, and gave us a sense of privacy, which we really appreciated. Everything had charm and felt thoughtfully put together. Overall, a perfect experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

“Charming Tuscan Villa”
Charming Tuscan villa with a beautiful garden and a large pool area. Great location just outside Pistoia with quick access to the autostrada to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, etc. Amazing breakfast with delicious cakes and sandwiches. The Aperol Spritz from Simone is perfectly mixed. Highly recommended!

“An Unforgettable Stay – 12 out of 10!”
Our stay here was absolutely amazing – we honestly wish we could give 12 out of 10, even though the scale only goes to 10! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and peaceful – a little slice of paradise. The breakfast was simply heavenly. We've truly never had anything like it – fresh, delicious, and served in such a lovely atmosphere. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Simone. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm handshake and a genuine smile. He was incredibly service-minded, respectful, helpful, and clearly passionate about making sure guests feel welcome and at ease. Simone is the kind of person who makes you feel at home from the very first minute – attentive without ever being intrusive. Thanks to him, we didn’t just feel like guests – we felt truly cared for. A really great small hotel. Simone the manager, was excellent & we met the owner ( apologies, but whose name now escapes me ) & she was very friendly & hospitable. A converted family home, its been done sympathetically & the rooms are beautifully done.

It was a stunning property. The breakfast was relatively simple but good. The pool was beautiful. We got a last minute upgrade on our room and it was beautiful. A bit outdated but very well kept.

Beautiful property, beautiful villa, many different hideout options, pool and loads of greenery. The room was clean and beautifully furnished. There was everything you need and more. Breakfast was amazing. We were super excited that dogs are allowed in the villa and we brought our pup with us. Simone was really kind and extremely helpful before and during our stay. The family was also really nice and welcoming. We felt very well taken care of in the Villa Parri. Thank you!
