peace, calm, cozy, nicely styled. good music during breakfast. Host were really nice, only limitation was that they were not so fluent in english, but even though they tried to help us with everything.

“Lovely location and stay. Perfect Tuscany.”
Beautiful location on a lovely Tuscan hillside with lovely small gardens and a large gazebo if you want to have a glass and a couple of olives. Rooms are very clean, comfy beds tidied every day and Aircon (result in 39 deg..!!). Nice size pool that never seemed overcrowded as we were amongst a couple of families but plenty of room. Sunbeds, loungers and shade. Breakfast was plentiful and basic, but everything you would want. Parking is outside the gates and is under cover and out of the sun so no cooked cars. Local village is mostly a passing through place, but definitely go to Pestoia and look for the many restaurants and history. Also local supermarkets are less than 10 mins away. Well worth a stay.

“Our Chapel accommodation”
We had a very interesting experience, as we were accommodated not in the main villa, but in a separate building, which was indeed a Chapel. This was quite a strange expierience over the first night, as nobody expect such thing. Nevertheless the Chapel was renewed nicely inside and well equipped. There were typical Italian breakfast with some nice croissants. All in all we had the most interesting expierience ever.

“A true gem near Pistoia- highly recommended!”
Beautiful villa in the countryside, very close to Pistoia. The villa and the estate are simply lovely; all the charm of an historic property, but fully (and respectfully) modernised. Lovely garden and pool area, and a great covered parking. Very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Great breakfast too. Would love to come back!

“Amazing stay in Tuscan countryside, with lovely hosts”
Lovely Tuscan villa, refurbished with a lot of passion and small little details, which make it a cosy and familiar place, to enjoy and relax. Nice little pool and beautiful and quiet surroundings in the middle of nature, however close to many points of interest. The hosts are really helpful, flexible and kind, welcoming you in a warm and familiar way. You should try the "wine room" in the annexed chapel, it is a fantastic experience and it made our stay just perfect, as well as the evenings spent on the pool loungers, with a glass of good wine.

“Superb”
We love the place and the room. It is a typical Tuscan villa with a splendid view. The staff was very kind. The villa is about 1.5-2 km from the first restaurant or grocery, but the area is absolutely gorgeous.
