“Palazzo 42 the essence of fine hospitality in Pistoia; not yet overflowing with tourists”
This was our second time in Palazzo 42 for a stay of 3 nights/each. The location is very central, the room met our expectations 100%, the staff was very attentive, the breakfast was very good and not overpriced. The walking distance is an easy 13 min on foot from the train station (flat) which makes Pistoia a superb "hub" for daytrips to Firenze and Prato. There are a number of very good restaurants nearby: La BoteGaia and La Gargantua. The Pasticceria Armando is in the same building and offers more than you can ask for. Staff speaks excellent english !

“Stylish and comfortable hotel well located with great customer service. And secure, close by private parking”
This hotel is perfectly located in the center of charming Pistoia. The rooms are tastefully designed/ decorated and also with comfort in mind. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was no issue with noise either from outside nor our neighbors in the hotel. I really felt comfortable here. We had hot water ( Kettle) and expresso machine. Hot water in shower was never an issue. There are plenty of electrical outlets. If you inform in advance of joining their breakfast and have gluten intolerance they will bring in freshly backed options.

“Great place to celebrate our 6th Anniversary together.”
This was my third time in Palazzo 42. It is a lovely place, Staff is really nice room and bathroom is amazing. Important to mention the great location they are. Good breakfast. I do expect to return in future.

Great location. And has access to parking which is helpful in Pistoia. The staff were great, even taking the time to show us to the parking area and making sure we knew our way around. One of the quieter places we have stayed in town and offered better value for money than some other options we have previously booked.

“Absolutely to be recommended”
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, our room was very spacious and quiet, the property is furbished tastefully and is very well maintained. The selection at the breakfast buffet was very varied and catered for every taste. I can only recommend the Palazzo 42 and we will certainly be back once we are in the area again.

“Amazing Staff”
Location and the Really amazing staff…they got into my hire car and walked me back to the hotel on arrival and when leaving as there was a market on and the street was blocked they did the same in reverse to get me to the back alleyway.Just Brilliant …and they sorted out some laundry too!
