Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The city centre is an easy walk, easy parking out the front and a large supermarket nearby. Elisa was super friendly and very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable very tastefully decorated & furnished. We loved our stay - perfect base to explore Tuscany

Nice and clean. Location wasn't very good. A good walk into the centre. Our continental plugs did not fit the available sockets and there was no full length mirror.

Very well designed property, it’s very spacious and the shower rooms are very well equipped, modern and clean.

Exceptional, everything about this place was perfect. Spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, kitchen with all appliances and basic items (like the often missing oil, salt, coffee...) you may need. Same with the bathroom. Great position walking distance to the center, and just a minute away from the supermarket. Easy parking. In summer it would be even greater to use the terrace. This was just an extremely comfortable place to stay in that I cannot speak highly enough of. There were even clear instructions about what to do with the recycling (a pet peeve of mine since they are always missing). The host is doing an incredible job, cannot believe the luck to book here with just a day notice.

This was a cozy one-bedroom apartment that was very nicely put together. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and very modern. The location was nice—just outside of the Pistoia downtown area, so only about a 5-minute drive away. I was only visiting for a short time frame for work, and the apartment more than exceeded my expectations.

Very clean and nice decorated apartment outside the city center. Shared kitchen and nice balcony to enjoy a breakfast or glass of wine. 5 minutes walk to a supermarket and 10 minutes by car to the city center.

Simply WOW!!! We had an amazing stay at Elisa‘s place. The apartment was so beautiful. You could see that it was planned by an Interior Designer with a lot of details and high quality products. We had everything we needed and could even imagine to stay longer than just a week as we felt at home immediately. Arrival and communication with Elisa was also great. Check-in is automated so you can arrive any time. The location of the house is also great to arrive by car. Parking outside is easy and free, a big supermarket and also bakery is on the other side of the street and in a 20 min walk you can get to the city centre of Pistoia with several restaurants. It‘s also close to the highway to reach any place in Tuscany easily and fast. All in all we enjoyed our time and would definitely come back. This place is very unique in the area and Elisa makes you feel very welcomed. Thanks for everything ❤️

The apartment is wonderfully decorated and taken care of. Cleanliness was great, comfy bed and couch. Shower is also good. Kitchen fully equipped, even coffee, sugar, salt, oil and aceto was provided. The patio was great for us to enjoy the evenings sitting and having a glass of wine. Totally recommend. Also, we never met Elisa, but she was always available via WhatsApp and very helpful with her suggestions.

The area is very quiet and was very easy for us to do day trips. We had everything. We had a comfortable room, a peaceful garden and an amazing host, Elisa. We loved it!
