“Great little hotel in an excellent location”

A great little hotel in a central location right behind the Baptistery, next to the main square and a short walk from the train station. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, well-maintained and quite spacious. Good air conditioning and soundproofing. There is a good breakfast served in the cafe downstairs with various choices of fresh fruits, pastries, cakes, meats and cheeses. The hotel staff are friendly, polite, attentive and provide a warm welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

The location couldn’t be better, my room window opened to the piazza from which I dined etc. The room was clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Nicely decorated and a coffee machine.

The location at the centre of old town was excellent. The best part was the helpful friendly staff who did all they could to help throughout. Recently renovated property provides great breakfast.

Perfectly located, and in a great area to enjoy dinner and go home! The room and hotel itself were an easy check-in and really comfortable for a night, would definitely return. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options! Overall, only positives to share.

“A regular choice hotel”

This is a regular choice for me and it never disappoints. From the location, look, comfort and facilities (eg. coffee making in room) and friendly staff. The choices for breakfast are plentiful.

I loved everything about this hotel, the location, the quality of the room and furnishings, the little extras like the coffee machine and the little bag of treats. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in on booking.com.

Perfect position, the staff are exceptional. Our room was spotless and well serviced. Breakfast was great. Have stayed here a few times, this time we were there for a week.

I loved my stay at the Battistero so much. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and so helpful! The rooms were large and clean, and the room I had which looked out onto the Beautiful square was perfect. The soundproofing was also great, as it’s really buzzy in the evenings and when I’d had enough and gone to my room you couldn’t hear any of it 😊 the breakfast was lovely and lots of options if you wanted them. I would definitely return, Pistoia was so lovely and this stay added to my enjoyment of exploring it!

“Charming and comfortable”

Excellent location, right behind St. John's Baptistry and Piazza del Duomo, a few steps away from a number of good restaurants and bars, 10 minutes walk from the train station from where you can take a 45 minutes trip to Florence, should you wish so. The hotel staff were very helpful (thank you, Lorenzo!), room clean and not too small, beds comfortable, air conditioning set at just the right level, breakfast rich with local delicacies and homemade pastries ..., in short, a place to be recommended without hesitation.
