Such a lovely palazzo! The location was perfect (right in centre - near the piazza where the concert was). I had a lovely room with a view. Great breakfast too. It was just what I wanted for Pistoia. I'd return!

Anna is a relaxed and welcoming host, the room was spacious and the bed quite comfortable. I slept perfectly for the whole four nights of my stay.

“Travelling back in time”

The breakfast was great. We were able to get the eggs per preference and salty options. The host was great; he helped us to get from the airport to the apartment and back. We rented the entire apartment. The apartment is located very well in the city centre. It's 70 steps to the apartment. Also, remember you are visiting the owner's house. The apartment was a very well preserved art museum with old books, art and furniture. There are small fridges available in each room. Definitely will recommend it.

Very good location, an ancient building with gothic architecture, beautifully decorated room and seiling, old nice authentic furniture, lovely terrace, clean shared bathroom. The hosts - Anna and Giovanni - kind, helpful and supportive for everything you ask for. I felt at home.
