“A delightful, versatile property for both indoor and outdoor living.”

The excellebt location within Pissouri, being at a high point in the village, commanding stunning landscape views to the east and south all the way to the coast. We visited in Feb with sometimes cool temperatures in the evening. There were plenty of bedding and blankets available and good winter heating options including a wood burning stove which we occasionally used. Outdoor seating areas included both the patio garden area with chairs and tables plus the roof terrace above, with a large open area for seating and sun lounging plus a sheltered area with further seating and sizeable barbecue equipment. Excellent support and communications from Carolyn, the property manager, who was very responsive considering our last minute booking. The kitchen and living space was thoughtfully well-equipped to sustain easy living for a good long stay Very good value for money.

Lovely village house with all the amenities required for our 5 night stay. A short walk into the village square for a choice of restaurants and bars. Spectacular views from the ground level terrace at breakfast and the addition of a roof top terrace to sunbathe or just relax.

It was our second visit to I Folia, and we loved the location, the views and the house.

What an amazing escape. So relaxing, a cool retreat from the heat and views that are breathtaking. Everything we needed was provided, a warm welcome from Andy, and the ability to make a cup of tea after a long day of travelling! Lovely neighbours, a welcome retreat after visiting busy areas....so quiet, especially relaxing on the roof terrace star spotting 😁 Thank you for a perfect stay, very highly recommended

“Beautiful house in a stunning position”

A beautiful house with stunning views. We could see right across the area, with Episkopi School visible for us to symbolically wave to our granddaughters each morning! It is a bit steep up to the house, but this is made clear in the description, and it served to give us a bit of exercise during our holiday! Being Wimbledon week, it was great to have the UK TV channels to keep an eye on the matches - the time difference meant that we could catch up after going out to dinner. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Very close to Pissouri square with restaurants - recommend The Bunch of Grapes (be sure to book) and The Two Friends, and for breakfast, Hideaway is your best bet.

The setting was lovely with great views over Pissouri Village. It’s was very well positioned for access to the Village and was lovely & quiet.

Loved the homeliness of the house. Views were great. 2 x balconies a bonus . Village has nice food places. Andy who met us at the place ( despite the very late hour) was really helpful

“Hilltop haven.”

A lovely, comfortable house with everything you could possibly need for a self-catering break. The village was pretty much closed as we were staying 4 nights over Christmas but there is a magnificent supermarket a few minutes drive away. The most joyful Xmas Eve food shopping trip of our lives! Pissouri is a wonderful location for exploring the island, there is a lot to see and do within an hours drive of the house. We went out exploring every day but thoroughly enjoyed coming home to our hilltop haven late each afternoon for a bit of cat time, cooking and Cypriot wine.

The property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was like home from home. The property manager Lucy was very helpful and her communication excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The views from the top patio across Pissouri are fantastic. The location of the property is perfect for walking to the main village.

The views are fantastic the two tier garden set up is very well done, the top floor balcony is very private and has a sunbed area ( for my sun worshiping wife ) and the roofed decking area was ideal to sit in the shade. The property has a traditional feel with everything you need.
