We had a sea view studio top floor. Great location and size, cleaned daily and new sheets after two nights. Kitchenette well stocked with plenty of pans, toaster and sandwich toaster. Bed was comfortable and great views from good sized balcony. The hidden gem was the terrace area which we used to have dinner one night. Property owner responded promptly when asked about a taxi back to the port on our day of departure and even organised it for us.

Very simple yet cozy place. It is kneat and clean all the time. You have everything you need if you are traveling and exploring the island all day long - a kitchen, bathroom, big bad with ideal pillows, table, and closet. It also has a public roof top with extra chairs and a table where you can stargaze after the long day.

Perfect location. Just outside the most busy part of the town. Easy to reach by car, and with private parking. Extremely clean. Well equiped. Comfortable.

The view from the room was fantastic. A nice studio with all we wanted for our few days stay. Close to restaurants and beaches. Would recommend staying here. Friendly owner and staff. We walked to Marpissa a traditional village with a fabulous Sculpture Museum. Well worth a visit..... Sisters Jane and Ann

It's a great place with a nice view and a really lovely rooftop area. The owner, Ioanna, is super friendly and helped us with every question we had and made our stay very comfortable. The beds are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking, the balcony is spacious and has a nice view. The bathroom is well equipped with a handheld shower as well as a overhead shower + the toilet has a "bum-gun", and everything is really clean and tidy. The studio has its own parking lot and we can totally recommend the place.

Beautiful room, brand new. Lovely bathroom. Really comfortable bed. Gorgeous little port town directly opposite Naxos Agia Anna beach. €2.50 for the morning boat shore to shore. Annas studios were really exceptional.

Unfortunately the information on the booking.com were not appropriate and there was a misunderstanding and this place was not appropriate for us. The owner understood it, she was absoulate correct and helpful. Although the place was not what we wanted, but on the other side it is very good: very good location, clean, well equipped, nice, well-protected garden (you can let your children out), and the owner is very helpful and kind.

The room was very spacious and the kitchenette well equipped, with pans and tools to prepare both a good breakfast in the morning or a light meal. Coffe machine was not working when we tested it but was gently replaced with a new one, and was much appreciated, also a milk warmer and microwave was there and used as momentary substitute to heat the water. The bed was comfortable and the sea view from the balcony is just what you need for relaxing. It's also located in a nice quiet area. Defintitely a great choice for staying in Piso Livadi.
