A cozy house by the lake with an excellent view. The house is far from the city, located in a peaceful and quiet place, which we really liked. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The owner is hospitable, treated us to homemade wine, and told us about the location of the house (Zavojsko jezero). The unpaved road to the house (3 kilometers) is in not bad condition, and even a small car can easily reach it without rushing. Definitely recommend it. ps: orange cat and dog are cute!

Amazing view, peaceful escape in nature, walking paths in the shadows of the trees with birds singing. Rental is new and it has all you need for your stay and owner Dejan is a great support with pragmatic advises and a bit of history and storytelling. There are a lot of amazing places you can visit nearby. We will return for sure.

Vila Jezero is at a magical location away from everything and Dejan is the most obliging, attentive host with a wealth of knowledge about the area and its history. The food is exceptional! Our group loved everything about the stay, including the spacious apartments, walks in the area and a swim in the lake.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. We travelled with our 2 years old toddler and we received great recommendations what to see in the region based on our needs. The view from the apartment was superb, it was great that we had multiple terraces so we could choose where to sit depending on the sun conditions.

The house is new and comfortable. The view is unique, quiet, the road to the house is ok. The hosts are incredible and you feel at home from the first moment.

The location is excellent to enjoy some peace and quiet and nice views of the lake. The host Dejan was very helpful and kind enough to give us a boat ride on the lake. There are no shops or restaurants in the vicinity, so stock up if you don't have a car.

The location of the accommodation is perfect: it's an easy, 10-minute stroll to Zavoj Lake; you can admire its beauty from the villa's loggia. The surroundings are super quiet and the natural scenery is breathtaking. There are two units within the same house and both are on two levels (the spacious bedroom is upstairs). The accommodation is stocked with everything you'll need. The host lives nearby and he is unarguably the friendliest host I've ever stayed with, so far. We got complimentary coffee and rakija, as well as the opportunity to purchase local products.

Nice comfortable well-equipped house with a great terrace with a lake view and with barbeque. The host is nice and hospitable. The house is stand-alone, it is shared in two apartments. It was very calm and quiet in the area.

Well, of course it's not Ritz. But the owners are heroes to try to create a civilization in the wilderness. So it's a cute chalet above the lake.

The hosts were incredibly nice, kind, sympathetic and helpful. They worked visibly with love on the whole area. An incredibly beautiful view of the lake from the accommodation. The accommodation is ecological, but with all modern equipment. The lake is gorgeous and the location of the accommodation is suitable for excursions. Stara Planina is magical. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. I would love to come back to this beautiful place again.
