The host is wonderful, and staying here feels like stepping into old Serbia and the heart of Pirot—you don’t just see the memories, you feel them. Love lives in every detail. It's clean, quiet and peaceful.

Lovely family home in a great location. The owners Dad Zoran was waiting for us and is such a nice man. We speak Bulgarian so communicated fine and sat and had a Rakia with him. The house was really big and immaculately clean and well equipped. We couldn't fault anything and would gladly return.

The owner was very kind and he explained us everything. The garden is very nice and there is also parking place for the guests.

This is a lovely little flat in a traditional house in the heart of Pirot. Zoran is a fantastic host.

The garden is beautiful, sipping a morning tea (herbs from the same garden) was priceless. Very quiet area, we had a good night sleep, enjoyed the fresh air from the garden. Zoran is a wonderful host, open, interesting, generous. We felt truly welcomed. The location is perfect, 2-5 minutes walk to the old town fortress, the city centre and everything you might need. The apartment is authentic, in a hundred years old house; as if the time stopped 50 years ago (except the TV). I liked the board with family tree members photos. Lots of books. Spacious, cosy, unusual. It was an interesting experience.

Our host Zoran was very friendly and we felt welcome from the beginning. Accommodation is authentic and with a lot of details to discover. Bicycle friendly accommodation.

Very friendly host, intelligent and interesting man! Fluent in Italian and French. Very welcoming, offered us a homemade drink and apple-cinnamon. Safe place to park the car, a short walk to the city center to have a nice meal in one of the good restaurants Pirot has to offer. All in all 9.5 out of 10 for us and we will be back for sure. All this for a price no one can beat!

Zoran is a perfect host. He helped me a lot, gave me good advices about things to do and good restarants.

Hosts was an old couple. They were very friendly. The garden was very nice. Apartment was old but so as the other buildings in the area.

Very friendly host, who explains everything very well and helps you if there are any questions. I felt really welcome. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean! It was a very great stay and i would come here again for sure, should i ever be in the area again!
