The host was superb. He waited for me in front of the building to give me the full tour of the apartment and was super helpful with some pieces of advice. The apartment was very warm and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great as you have a direct view of the river.

New, clean and cozy apartment with a great layout and everything you need on the premises. Parking is free, available in front the apartment building. There's a mall next to the apartment complex.

It's a great apartment in a new building next to the river and very close to a supermarket (Lidl) and also at a walking distance from the burg in Pirot. The owner was very friendly. Kitchen was fully equipped (there was even mirelit pizza in the fridge, free to eat). Everything was perfect, comfortable.

“Ultra-modern apartment in a great location”

Very clean and modern apartment. Extremely helpful host who met us at a different location to guide us in when we couldn't find the building. The apartment is very new and has great furniture, ultra-modern facilities and is just generally perfect. :)

Beautiful flat located on the 4th floor of a new building (with a lift). The place is closed by the city centre (less than 10 mn walk), in front of Lidl opened everyday from 7am to 10pm and near by a commercial area with many shops, but the place is quiet. Easy to park a car around the building. The apartment is also well furnished with brand new furniture : very comfortable bed, nice and functional kitchen and giant tv screen with many foreign channels. Wifi connection and washing machine are good. The owner and his father are very helpful and friendly, they are always here if you have any question. The cleaning of the flat is also included. I spent one month here for professional purpose, they can give you an invoice if you need it. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or a long stay, you cannot be deceived.
