“If visiting Pipa and need a great getaway, stay here! It’s incredible!”

The pool and relaxing atmosphere is everything! It’s the perfect getaway and so close to Pipa village. We loved the Thai-style decor and beautiful landscape gardening is just artistry. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We also ate there a lot and the food is incredible - I’ll still dream about that seared tuna dish.

The staff was the highlight of our stay! From the reception welcome to Pipa to the check out arrangements. We went to the sister hotel for food most nights and it was delicious, specially the waiter Renato that always welcomed us with a big smile and a lot of care.

The structure is a bit old but the bungalows are spacious. I loved the breakfast The gym is very old yet it’s pretty big

Everything was absolutely amazing at Sombra e Água Fresca Spa Floresta! The team was fantastic – super friendly and professional. The breakfast was incredible, with so many delicious options. The whole experience was top-notch! The only small thing to improve would be the pool, which could use a bit of renovation. Otherwise, perfect stay! 🌴✨

“Our favourite place in Pipa”

Our “home” in Pipa. We loved it the first time we visited and will keep staying here in future visits. The hotel is just beautifully designed and it feels great staying here, with beautiful (and spacious) rooms distributed along a relaxing little forest. Outdoor spaces and the decoration just feel great and an invitation to disconnect and enjoy.

Everything! The place is amazing, what makes them outstand it is their attention to details. We loved the relaxing vibe with loads of trees, the wet bar and warm swimming pool were a high point of the stay. Breakfast has a huge variety of food, all delicious, one of the best we’ve been. We used the spa and would recommend it in a blink of an eye. They also allow you to visit the resort and hotel of the same chain of hotels, we’ve enjoyed the sunset in the hotel sombra e Agua fresca, it had a beautiful view of the beach, a great atmosphere, nice staff, a guy playing saxophone and a warm swimming pool, what else could we want, right?!

The complex is located in beautiful surroundings, close to Praia the Amor and on the outskirt of downtown Pipa. We stayed at the Floresta spa section of Sombra. Loved the infrastructure, the pool(s), the secluded garden, the exclusive and peaceful atmosphere. The staff! Pool bartender Matheo with his warm smile, the sweet guys at the lovely breakfast, maintenance people and house keepers were all very friendly, warm and polite. The massages offered at the spa were also very nice. We also enjoyed the gym. The breakfast was also very good. The location, the privacy and peaceful infrastructure. It was quiet and felt very safe. And the fact that we could also visit and spend time at the other parts of the complex. The hotel on top of the hill has a beautiful view and an infinity pool that faces the sunset. Magical. In our experience the Sombra complex felt big and intimate at the same time. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend Sombra to other guests and we would love to come back someday. The complex offers many great things to have a peaceful escape from everyday life.

The environment inside the resort is really cozy, jungly and unique. The room allocated to us was super big and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location in Pipa, a hotel in the jungle. Very nice staff. Possibility to use all pools and restaurants from the 4 resorts. Good food and even better drinks and cocktails. Also very quiet, which is a big advantage in Pipa but only 5 minutes walk to the center. Many options for activities
