Brand new home, close to amenities and the sea all to walking distance.

I forgot a valuable item in the property. After multiple requests and offers to pay for shipment, 2 months down the track I have never received the item back and the owner is not even responding any more. Very disappointing.

“Perfect for catching a ferry the next day”

We booked this so that we could catch an early ferry to Elba. I was travelling with my husband and I wanted to be able to take our luggage and valuables in without stairs. I dont travel light!! And for this purpose it was perfect. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. I didnt meet the host but the host was very very quick to respond to any queries. The aircon works very well as did all the amenities. Everything was clean with plenty of towels. The host had put out nice cakes and cereal and the fridge was stocked with yogurt and milk. The door opens straight on to the pavement and is the only window. It is covered by sliding shutters so nobody can look in from the pavement. This was just fine for us as we arrived very late and left early for the ferry. Also I was specifically looking for somewhere to stay where we could get our luggage in and out of the car easily and quickly so opening straight onto the street worked well for us on this occasion.

“Convenient location”

Good location, short walk to all restaurants and quick for the port. Although not picturesque it is easy to park outside. Helpful host when answering questions on ferry. I had read a review about inability to control aircon which wasn’t true - the remote was in the room and we had a very comfortable stay.

Excellent location, good price, very convenient check-in, and it was useful to have the breakfast bits already in the room (juice, cereal, biscuits, cake, cereal bars, tea, coffee, milk).

The room was large, clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was provided as were tea and coffee facilities. It was very close to the Centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
