“Pinnwala stay”

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location, staff go out of there way to help, originally we were only staying one night loved it so much we booked an extra night, restaurant and pool have good views of the river where the Elephants come to bath, a beautiful experience, The food is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone thinking of coming to Pinnwala, I would definitely come back here again

We stayed at Elephant Park Hotel in may for one night, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The only challenge was reaching the property, as it is located quite deep inside and away. However, once we arrived, it was absolutely worth the effort. We chose a room with a balcony, and the view was incredible. We could watch the elephants bathing right from our room, which was a truly unique experience. In fact, staying at the hotel turned out to be a better choice for us than visiting the orphanage, as we were able to observe the elephants up close while relaxing at the property. The views during lunch were equally amazing and made the experience even more special. The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Andrew and the team for sharing interesting facts about the elephants and the area. Andrew also helped fulfill my daughter’s wish of feeding an elephant. The food was tasty and enjoyable, although we felt that a few items were priced a bit on the higher side. Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant stay, and we would happily recommend Elephant Park Hotel to anyone looking for a unique experience with stunning views and close encounters with elephants.

“A great spot in Pinnawala”

The perfect spot if you are staying in Pinnawala. The location on the river with views over the jungle opposite is stunning and watching the 1000s of fruit bats fly over at dusk was very special. The staff are all so very friendly and helpful and the rooms with views over the river were very clean and comfortable. The food was fresh and tasty and the breakfast buffet was plentiful.

Hotel is good for one night stay

Incredible hotel! I want to thank the entire team for a wonderful time. We were genuinely welcomed here and made to feel truly valued. I travel a lot and haven't experienced such warm, sincere hospitality in a long time. We had a fantastic stay! We will definitely be back. Thank you for the fairy tale.

Location and the elephants. Best location!!

We are just leaving the hotel, we spent two wonderful nights. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were always very well attended and accompanied. They gave us a room with a balcony that was much more than everything we expected, everything was very good, the restaurant, the attention and the food. We do not want to stop thanking Andrew who gave us all his time and hospitality (he even took the time to accompany us to take the bus so that we can go safely) thank you very much hotel elephant park

“Elephants view”

After several years, we returned to Sri Lanka and chose to stay at this hotel again for one night. It is a simple hotel with very friendly staff and a decent breakfast, but its greatest asset is the direct view of the river, where elephants can be seen. We truly enjoyed watching them from the hotel grounds and from the balcony of our room. This unique experience is what makes us happy to return.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Elephant Park, Pinnawala. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels to experience the beauty of Pinnawala and watch the elephants bathing in the river. The view is absolutely stunning, and being able to enjoy a swim and a drink while watching the elephants was a truly unique and peaceful experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. A special thanks to the wonderful receptionist who welcomed and assisted us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our visit even more memorable. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with breathtaking views and a one-of-a-kind elephant-watching experience, I highly recommend Hotel Elephant Park. “The best views of Pinnawala”

Great location, you’re just above the place where the elephants come to enjoy a bath in the river. The pool was perfect to stay fresh with awesome views! Restaurant food is great! Management was very accommodating and kind.

“Great Birthday surprise and stay with the orphaned elephants.”

Location Location Location. From the moment we walked in the staff were very friendly and attentive. Special mention goes to Obama who looked after us and cheerful. I was surprised with a Birthday cake plus the location for breakfast in front of the Elephants. The infinity pool was perfect and we were served drinks by it. The view from the pool to the lake where the elephants swim and play was amazing. The upgraded room was tremendous with views from the balcony was outstanding.
