Hospitality and friendliness of the staff is incredible. Madam BIG MAMA (Supatu) gave us a warmly welcom and she was flexible to give us Interconnected rooms and offered pizza to the kids after check in which kids loved and enjoyed. Kids loved the nutela pizza Ridhiwan was also exceptional with great customer service we felt like someone we know long time. The food was great and we got special lunch for delicious bean for lunch which would normally be served in the morning. Overall nice place, good food and friendly staff ASANTE SANA KARAFUU RESORT

“Highly recommend, stunning beach with walkway into the ocean.”

I loved everything but to name a few: the stunning beach that even has a walkway into the ocean, the hotel staff’s attention to guest, the gym, the location, the spa and overall the smell of flowers/plants all over the resort. The resort has a charm that all those large hotels (that are so impersonal) miss out on. There was always plenty of food so even the pickiest eater can find something. There is entertainment most of the night and twice a week there is massai dinner/entertainment.

We were warmly received by Ms Supati, and she and her staff were most kind, friendly and helpful to us. My wife had an injured leg, and she was offered transport by comfortable golf cars across the hotel area when she needed it. The water in the pool seems to be seawater that is replaced every day, which we did not see before in Zanzibar. The food is splendid and varied, and we enjoyed the Swahili dinners! One of a kind even in Zanzibar is that you may snorkel straight from the hotel!

It is a beautful place with lots of garden place, three pools (one big one with view on the beach/sea). Staff is very friendly. Room (in an own small house) was nice. Wifi connection was very good.

We were genuinely impressed by the beauty of this resort. Its location is stunning, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are inviting. The central pool is simply amazing, with the perfect water temperature, and overall, the infrastructure exceeded our expectations.

There is a beautiful white stretch of beach in-front of the property and some of the neighboring resorts restaurants was quite good.

I loved the surroundings of the whole of the resort, so many options of places to relax or eat we didn’t have time to go to all of them. The view of the beach was amazing, you could walk out onto the beach as far as you wanted. Definitely coming back

The staff was friendly and helpful, except the reception. Especially good service by Wimbi diving team, that operates at site. The beach was good and sunbeds around the pool comfortable. Plenty of trees growing at the hotel area, so it’s nicely green. Good wifi. Towels were changed daily.

The mattress was quite comfy but sad no duvet. The bathroom big and had many toiletries. Apparently there is 3 pools, we were in one and it was nice and warm.
