pillows were super hard. No staff in office at check out. We left the key and one of our belongings in the room. There was no one to let us in so left my balaclava in the room.

The beds were so comfortable which afforded us 2 nights of restfull sleep from 2 days of hiking and touring both Pincher Creek and Waterton. The kitchenette has all that we needed in preparing simple meals for our small family. The staff were very kind and accomodating and were so responsive to our requests. It was much cheaper than hotels in Waterton but the quality of service was superb! Will definitely go back!❤️
